Hotelogix’s online property management system (PMS) is designed to empower independent property owners in driving their businesses forward. The system takes just a minute to get started and helps users experience the power of cloud instantly, while its simplicity enables staff to free up crucial time to focus on more important tasks. At its core is an innovative front desk interface that acts as a single-point dashboard for controlling all the hotel’s operations. Hotelogix’s PMS lets staff work in sync with all departments for better workflows and hotel operations. Administrators can assign room cleaning tasks to housekeeping and track any changes to housekeeping status from the front desk or housekeeping console. PROS: Easy to install and get your hotel up & running and doing a switch over from a previous provider, quick simple.

CONS: Some of the interfaces need to be made easier and based on customer feedback, they are working on them.

PROS: The 24/7 live support :) We've been using Hotelogix for more than 3 years now. It is very helpful especially to us, Front Office people. Since as we all know most of us work 24 hrs. I mean we cover 24 hrs, and if we encounter problems with the PMS late at night or at critical hours, they are available to help us. And they are very prompt in addressing our concerns. And giving solutions to the problems we have been encountering in the past. And they are cloud based so we could check the system anytime anywhere as long as there is internet connection :)

CONS: none at all

PROS: It runs on cloud so I can access this anytime anywhere. And since it runs on cloud it allows me to distribute online thru a 2 way integration. It is very easy to manage allotment and dynamic price in one platform. System has a slick UI and a very strong reservations management feature for guest profiling, task management, and rooms controlling. Reporting is so complex its powerful yet is very easy to understand. It's an all in one solution for Small to Medium Hotels.

CONS: Tho the system has a built in POS for small restaurants, a built in meetings and catering services will be awesome.

Regarding accounting, please be rest assured that our Accounts team has a set process in place to ensure a proper protocol is followed for minimal friction, in line with client’s best interest. The monthly bills are payable within specified timelines. The system continues to remind our customer for the overdue payments to avoid disruption of services. Unfortunately, your account was automatically blocked for non-payment. It was immediately restored when we got your mail. Though, it was a weekend, our support team was proactive in getting the service back on. Total Customer Satisfaction is, and will remain our Prime Priority!
