Image Relay Review

PROS: Image Relay's layout is awesome! And I love that the whole app is really easy to navigate. It mainly organizes our image files into categories which makes it easier for us to search and download whenever we need it.

CONS: Sometimes the site is a bit slow -- loading the image and logging in is taking the time.

PROS: Image Relay is a great tool to store and organize images into an easily searchable database. It's really effective because looking for images to use is no longer a hassle. I also love how responsive and reliable the support team is!

CONS: The new uploading tool makes captioning a bit complicated than before.

PROS: This app is super easy to use and navigate. It really does its job by allowing users to upload various media files, organizing it through keywords, and sharing these files to permitted users.

CONS: I wish it would allow us to view an HTML file using the app. There are also a few instances where it takes time to load.

PROS: Its user interface is really straightforward! The way it organizes our files improves our process. It also allows us to safely share assets even to those who are outside our organization.

CONS: This is a perfect program for me!

PROS: Image Relay is so far the best media hosting site that we've used. It has amazing services that make our asset management better because of how it organizes files. It displays the content faster. It also downloads and uploads files faster. It also allows us to control who gets to have access to the files.

CONS: I hope they would upgrade the site and make it perform a bit faster. It would also be good to view versions of media files.

PROS: ImageRelay made it easier for me to send and share images and other media files via email. We need to compress it and sometimes the quality declines.

CONS: We had a few minor problems that were easily resolved by their customer support team anyway.

PROS: Top things about Image Relay: (1) user-friendly; (2) batch uploading feature; (3) permission controls; and (4) categorization of files into collections.

CONS: This app is so great. I have no complaints at all!

PROS: Highly reliable app! I can easily find what I needed because of its advanced search function.

CONS: It always asks users to specify the reason why a certain file will be downloaded.

PROS: Image Relay is highly functional and rich in features! It's a valuable app for us!

CONS: Removing and editing tags of the files is not possible to do in batches.

PROS: Image Relay has been a reliable tool for our creative teams! They no longer have to contact different people to get assets for their projects because everything can be stored in Image Relay -- from logos to PowerPoint templates. We now have a centralized storage of these assets that are needed in marketing, branding, etc.

CONS: There are some little inconveniences experienced like not being able to log in. It was easily fixed. Apparently, it's just an error on my part.

PROS: Image Relay is simply to use, affordable and it offers train staff members. I love its browsing tool on my phone or tablet, an ability to share link or download it on my device, the ability to post on social networks. There are other products similar to this one but they are very expensive and they lack lot of features. I’m able to roll the system out at three resorts.

CONS: I wish there is connection with Microsoft Active Directory.

PROS: With this software we can easily share downloaded links with clients and to access design files. I’m using this tool on a weekly basis with both my clients and coworkers. I can easily find images by including keywords. It saves me lot of time instead of searching through folders. There are no limitations when it comes to maximum size. It can be easily navigate with all folder structures.

CONS: It would be great if they could create mobile version, because I want to review my images on my phone when I can’t access my Pc. It would be great to share button on image rollover and to cut some extra steps. Also, it would be great if there are some options to customize folder thumbnail image without choosing from images.

PROS: I love its search option, it is easy to use. Also, the new functionality looks fantastic and it promises more effectiveness. Sometimes the folder organization needs intuition within the organization, but thankfully we are able to simplify it into search field.

CONS: It would be great if there is an option to upload time stamp by including time along with date. We use this product for both dealer and internal use so whenever I try to search something the files are all mixed. I believe this is our own issue because we haven’t organized our internal folders. Also, when replacing files the multiple files are replaced over the course of the day. In addition, it would be great if there is recipient to receive a link from the stored files, otherwise I need to send two links.

PROS: I like that the team behind Image Relay quickly solve issues and concerns. I love the chat feature. They have improved the “select all” option because in the past when clicking the button it deselect a selection. The product is intuitive and you can start using it from the start. They continually work on the product’s improvements and to make the service better. I love the support emails, the stats about how consistent the service is.

CONS: I cannot really say that I have faced some major issues. It seems like everything works perfectly. Only the search engine misses some terms and it doesn’t bring up items I need until I add other terms. This is minor complaint but I believe they work on this one.
