PROS: Infor is as complete as we want in terms of handling our employees' time and payroll records. Our employees also laud the transparency the system promotes. HR staff also love the app since the tracking is automated, it leaves little room for inaccuracies, and thereby disputes.
CONS: We often experience glitches and downtime but when they happen they only do so very briefly.

PROS: It wasn't easy putting our large team on board Infor. But whenever we had issues, we always turned to customer support which proved to be a reliable source to quickly fix our problems. It's been 13 years since we first purchased Infor and looking at our management today, we believe doing so was one of the best decisions we took on.
CONS: The only issue we encountered was the time it would take to learn the software but I think that's more on us than on Infor's interface.

PROS: I get to plan ahead and more accurately with Infor VISUAL. It allows me to buy just the right number of materials needed for a project.

PROS: Infor helped us make better decisions as it allowed us to track almost all aspects of operations. Converting data into understandable reports was also an effortless task.
CONS: I wish Infor still has room to widen the scope it monitors, as in getting down to happenings in a transaction for a more comprehensive reporting.
