InvoiceSherpa is an accounting solution that allows organizations to automate their accounts receivable/payable and works with major accounting software without requiring users to upgrade, configure or install anything. The integrated payment systems make it easier for customers to pay from company website or through invoice emails.

The software follows invoices from their creation till payment, including sending out initial invoice, late payment reminders and auto-collection. Bill payments can be automated through electronic payments or even by paper checks while keeping the accounting system in sync. It also helps effectively and efficiently manage subscription-based and recurring payments. The solution works well to manage both cash-in and cash-out for better business performance and efficiency, keeps things on track and in sync with the existing accounting system.

The software takes complete responsibility after integration and automatically follows invoices from their creation till payment. It is also integrated with a number of popular payment solutions, including PayPal, Intuit QuickBooks Payments, CardAccess, Stripe and eWay, allowing customers to pay conveniently.

The software sends automatic payment reminders to customers, reminding them of due payments, and alerting of late payment/penalties.
