PROS: So far, we're only able to utilize the Time Sheet. Currently, the Expense Sheet failed to meet my company's accounting practice standards. Journyx happens to be one of those platforms with a crispy clean timesheet UI. It offers sufficient functionalit for any timesheet activity. It's simple enough for our users to handle.

CONS: There are a few things that needs improvement. And they happen to be the most obvious ones. Their portfolio built and concept appears to be weak. Maybe more details on the project can be helpful. For the Report Export, perhaps there shold be an option to export report in the form of Excel.

PROS: It's so easy to create reports and making interpretations. Being able to download reports right into Excel makes this even more attractive. Its usefulness is great! Its time sheet program is user-friendly. Training it to the new staff is simple and is essential self-explanatory.

CONS: There's a tendenc for the oldest time sheet history to show up first and foremost. It would've been nice if the "recent" timesheet would show itself under timesheet approvals.

PROS: Very dependable. It's super fast. It can accommodate several bi-weekly payrolls, which total to around 900+ employees. Setup was a cinch and simple to utilize. We've been making use of data for our ERP payrooll system integration.

CONS: Its UI could use some improvement. The learning curve is a tiny issue. Althought its user licensing can be a bit pricey. It'd be a plus to have some kind of overtime logic.

PROS: We're able to prepare reports simply for a number of reasons. Since the staff needed to make a completion each pay period, it's able to guarantee timely reporting of time being spent on varying activities. This is a good thing. And it's worth going for!

CONS: At times, it can be a bit slow whenever it loads. This is true when there are plenty of cost centers and activities entered into the system.

PROS: What eventually lured us to Journyx was how it's flexible in its in tracking time. What closed the deal was the simplicity on its setup. We utilize Journyx in tracking everything that's retails. That includes the time spent by employees in customer locations.

CONS: There's nothing to really hate with Journyx. Thing is, it'd be nice if we can delegate certain admin tasks to departments. For instance, we'll need to centrally define tasks and projects. It'd be cool to delegate have the ability to delegate task and project setup to the heads of the deparment. That way, they can preserve all these things on their own.

PROS: One of the best functionality with Journyx is its own time sheet management. Their reporting tool is highly recommended. It's a lot simpler for consultants to make a record of their time. It's also less of a hassle for analysts to operate reports in terms of what's billable and what isn't. And then having it forwarded to the client.

CONS: There's nothing to specifically hate. It's functional in a number of ways. It would've been several times better if there's some kind of a dash-boarding feature installed with the software.

PROS: Its timesheet UI is so easy to carry out. Very little training is required. It contains customization functionality that makes it all the more ideal to cater just about any needs in the industry. It integrates easily and well with other third party programs. Customer support is friendly.

CONS: Turns out, its help desk really doesn't have the know-how in dealing with projectxecute problems since it's a time sheet-related problem. A third party is being outsourced for implementation. Deployment appears to be a little slow and aggravating.

PROS: People that I've scheduled to work are those in the Army National Guard. I've included their yearly training and drill dates. There have been instances of unexpected "time off" requests being made as well as a 2-week period of overlapping where I couldn't make a schedule for my team and other people. Journyx has made things easier in making adjustments swiftly. I didn't have to go through lenghty steps whenever I make changes in their schedule.

CONS: I've experimented with different kinds of scheduling software before. But I settled with Journyx. It exceeded what I initially expected. It saved me a lot of time. I feel the software has been doing nothing but good since I've used it.
