PROS: Great platform to develop applications for Android, Windows (including CE) and Apple (iOS). Buy the environment once, develop your application and deploy to clients without additional costs. Very good native barcode reading support (for Barcode scanners) but also for devices with Camera's (like Mobile Phones).
CONS: The initial learning curve is somewhat steep, however plenty of video's and documents plus examples are available.
