CONS: Its complex to use, you have to swap screens all the time, and the functions are so basic. They also almost never improve the software (i've been with them 7 years).

PROS: The first thing I like about this product is the monthly fee. It is fairly affordable despite the unique features and functionality of the app. Second, the app allows the user to manage multiple bank and loan accounts. It also allows me to label expenditures and credits according to the budget/funding source to make organizing better.
CONS: The layout and design of the user interface are not that appealing to me.

PROS: Our accounting team uses this app for their bookkeeping, but they let me use it to help me track shipments and compute previous and future company spendings.
CONS: I only use some of the features of this app, and I haven't had any issues yet. So far, all good!

PROS: KashFlow has an insane storage system. I can store as many files as I want without having to worry about storage space. It also allows you to access your files anytime, anywhere, because of its mobile app version.
CONS: Ease of navigation can still be improved, aside from this, this app works perfectly.

PROS: This program is really helpful in managing accounts and processing invoices. If you don't have an accountant, this app can help you do the work. It is easy to learn, manageable, and customizable depending on the nature of your company. And did I mention they have an amazing customer service, too? Yes, they have an accountant available on call to help you troubleshoot if you're encountering any issue. Five stars!
CONS: Setting up is a little complicated, but once it's running, everything else is working well! They can also do some revamp on the dashboard to make it more appealing to look at.

PROS: Kashflow is easy to use, it has easy invoicing, great dashboard, great integrations, simple vat returns, great loading speed, and many useful options. I have been using Kashflow from the very beginning, and I can tell that this software has improved through the years. I love its integrations with many other systems for invoices, direct debt sync, expenses and more. Their support team is great, very helpful and quick to respond.
CONS: On the 1st of every month the loading speed slows down, because of the system overload. They need to improve their multiuser options.
