PROS: The interface of the admin gives us a big quantity of tools which goal is to make and configure stuff, which is very easy to use it. There are a variety of tools for creating social functionality into your website, for example: forums, chats etc. There are inside- tools for a different-language support. It continues in a google translate API which allows you to create a copy of the page into different language only with one click. You can revise and glaze the translated copy before publish it, since it is a copy of the aforementioned page. This is useful function for fast and easy creation and maintaining of high- quality sites that are multi- lingual. Included templates for stuff like KnowledgeBase articles are good for brilliant improvement.
CONS: It does not consolidate with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, even though it is meant to have a function as all-in-one marketing solution. This is a very big disadvantage for an e-mail marketing and customer profiling tool. The web analytics are so-so, at least we ended up only with using Google Analytics. It would be very good if they just change their analytics with Google Analytics integration. The store does not hold services of subscription, that would be very good. Permissions are awesome but notably troublesome. A fulfillment would be great.

PROS: It is a stand out for us because of the many features Kentico Kontent adds. They also have an excellent development team. They really are a great help to clients. It also offers ease of use for scaffolding projects. We also love the roadmap features which help us plan ahead of time. We can honestly say that it is the best to use for JS and .NET as it offers great experience compared to its competitors.
CONS: It is super expensive. While $999 is acceptable for enterprises it is still a hefty amount compared to its competition. This can be hard as it is out of reach for many budding businesses. We can't develop enterprise level features, which is a bit disappointing. The updating content feature is also causing confusion with pour clients because of the many times we have to update it.

PROS: It is flexible to use. We use it as headless CMS but we plan to expand its use to other integrations. We also love that its pricing is very straightforward. The content is also very organized and is very easy to work with. We are very pleased with Kentico Kontent!
CONS: There's really not much to dislike. If there was one time we had trouble, it was after pre-sales. Our account manager and sales staff encountered some minor difficulties.

PROS: It offers ease of use and one can easily understand and find the tools they need. Personally, I love the filter as it allows me to see my assignments and check on past projects. Tasks can also be assigned so it is easier for task management. There's no need for lengthy emails with long attachments anymore.
CONS: Editing word documents can be hard. The formatting is not consistent. The loading time should also be fixed as sometimes it doesn't load at all. This can hinder our work and is a bit cumbersome.

PROS: The CMS is great and it offers flexibility. It has a lot of templates to choose from and has tutorials of you don't understand anything. It also covers SEO.
CONS: Launching your website takes time because of the process you have to go through, but it takes lesser time than its competitors.

PROS: It is the best choice for headless CMS. It offers a wide array of features and has a great support team. They offer webinars that users can learn from. They are also very open to criticism. They are very much willing to take in recommendations so that their clients can have a better experience.
CONS: The features which we were a bit doubtful before were already fixed. The Kentico Kontent team is very adept when it comes to listening to their clients so we really have no complaints.

PROS: It is an ever-evolving product with awesome features. The thing I love most about this is its fast Cloud API delivery of content to applications. This made our work processes faster and more convenient.
CONS: The user interface needs improvement especially when there's a huge implementation of content. While it is workable, it feels a bit clunky though. However, this is only a minor issue that doesn't really inconvenience us that much.

PROS: Kentico’s user and interface are user friendly and very easy to set up. You don’t need to waste time on trainings because you can easily edit and change settings without much training. It looks like Word with those icons and styles, you can choose the style that best fits you. The platform is great for all kinds of business, for both small and large businesses.
CONS: I found difficult to install specific files into our articles. To be honest, I don’t use this platform to the fullest and that’s why I’m not able to comment the whole platform.

PROS: I think the interface especially the admin’s is much better than other CMS system I have used before. With its intuitive layouts it is much easier to assign and present management tasks on other coworkers. Kentico works as self-contained online store platform.
CONS: It would be great if the integration with Google Ecommerce Analytics was easier to use instead of doing some customizations. Sometimes I have to search for a while to find features that I need. Also, I would like to see better documentation and I would be happy to use all its features.

PROS: We use Kentico for both admins and content editors. Its interface and workflow are user friendly and easy to use. The editing interface is understandable, and the process of creating pages is easy and quickly. We use Kentico internet solution and we managed to use all its functionalities. The recycle bin option is great because you can easily recover deleted assets. The good thing is that not everyone can change something without approval from an admin.
CONS: We upgraded to 8.2 Kentico version due to new features, but as an admin of this platform I cannot add other CMS back-end users for our websites and intranet. It would be beneficial for our staff to use this platform on mobile devices but not the intranet. It’s silly. When new pages are not displayed in the search engine. Also, I would like to see more control of layouts over online forums.

PROS: I met Kentico when I was attending a certification for SiteCore, trying to find a new CMS for my organization. A partner of Kentico mentioned to check it. When I did that, I discovered the best parts of SiteCore that convinced me to choose this CMS with a great hosting features so that I would not need to build myself such e-commerce suite. Since then, I have built 4 sites in it and it is my go to CMS for lots of my cases of consult I do outside my everyday work. It provides a great function and flexibility, a great partners and developer’s community and awesome support they will do their best to find the answer to help me. From the mundane question to the hard several-day debug problems, their support is awesome. It gives me the opportunity to distribute a solid experience with lots of features I do not need to create them by myself like SiteCore and a host of great friendly developer features in Kentico’s API and built-in macro language that make creating solutions on the platform a satisfaction. If you haven’t heard about Kentico while you were exploring CMS, you have certainly missed out a masterpiece and you should explore its copiousness.
CONS: Newer versions could be little inconvenient, specifically the Kentico 8 version was hard. But this was expected as it was a crucial change to the CMS back end and front end features. I would also like to see Kentico to be affected with Microsoft ASP.NET MVC. They provide a solution, but this is a spot where you cannot move so quickly. Analytics engine should be better, compared to other CMS solutions so that customers can choose if they want Google Analytics to be displayed or not as in SiteFinity. Furthermore than this, Kentico is not a disappointing thing.

PROS: Kentico is very easy-to-use CMS for everyday management of a medium or large site. It allowed us to build our site without to rely very often on developers and it gives us a good flexible visitors’ guarantee to have a great experience on our site. There are lots of add-ons which can be put in charge to provide many functions like newsletters, forums, multi-language support etc. if there is a need of them that I found it very helpful, despite the fact that some of these add-ons do not meet our high requirements. To sum up, Kentico provides an awesome tool which is very appreciable and I would highly like to recommend it to the other people that are depending on this system.
CONS: I am sure that the separation of the e-commerce facility would be useful if this is deep-seated to the solution even for low- volume online selling. Moreover, the analytics of the web are little boring- instead I would like to suggest a way that would be more helpful, Google Analytics to be taken into custody. CMS can be slow sometimes. Even though there is a newsletter part included, this is not capable for our needs, so it would be very advantageous the ability to be completely harmonized with e-mail marketing software and CRM systems.

PROS: This management system has a truthful usage that is very correspondent and dynamic. Cheerfully, I do not need to hire an IT specialist to explain me how to use this product. Kentico gives me an ‘one stop shop’ source of information that hosts a variety of different users openly. It gives the information I input and brings it together and outputs it in a style that I would never have to spend time to create in lots of contrasting platforms. It gives me the chance to have an automatic information feed given on my website which the end- user does not know anything about the actual content source. This means that my employers can input the information once, but it influence a variety of websites throughout the system, again a money- saving thing for my employer, that is so crucial for the economy nowadays.
CONS: The only disadvantage I think is that It cannot clarify what I think to input (I hope it will be put into charge in the next update). I can honestly mention that I do not find a crucial disadvantages for this product, so it meets all my requirements- it surpasses them.

PROS: With Kentico we can easily make changes to our website, also the navigation of the dashboard is very easy. This platform allows us to pin our most useful pages and to edit their sections to our home page, with this ability we have quick access to those pages. We can easily change contents and designs. It allows quick editing of contents and uploads of images. What we were searching for was user-friendly platform, and we finally found the new Kentico system.
CONS: Sometimes I have struggles with images, because they are not formatted correctly. On the other hand, once you learn how to use the platform and which software features and options you need for your tasks, it is very easy to overcome some issues. We usually use the features for editing pages and for adding users, those features are really useful and user-friendly.
