PROS: Kounta is a very good application that is helpful and intuitive. It is sleek when it comes to the features it presents and is very up-to-date with its processes. It also works well with TYRO, making it easier for us to run our business efficiently.
CONS: The interface needs improvement as it tends to slow down at times. There is a lag time of about 10 seconds just to send data from the app to the cashier. It'd also help if there is a dark mode option to make it easier to see the icons and images in the app.
