PROS: User friendly and customizable tool. Their customer service is great and personalized and that means that we have our own manager who is available any time, he is detailed and responsive to our needs. We had some suggestions and they implemented them, for e.g. they improved the ROI and step by step training on how to increase sales from different channels.
CONS: The mobile app was better.
The least favorable review
PROS: I like the ability to see a full image of the sent emails with detailed results. With heat map I can see what information is and what is not eye catching to my audience. Their support team is great and always responsive. Once I had some issue with the emailing and when I contacted the service at 11pm I received follow-up call and email explanation on what happened and how I can solve the problem, then after some time they checked to see if the problem was still there.
CONS: I would like to see reminders for skipped boxes, because sometimes I can leave the Google Analytics Campaign Name tab blank. I believe these reminders will be very useful in the long run. Also, the system shows different results at different screens, for e.g. there are different results for clicks, reads and opens on my screen and different on my boss’ screen.

PROS: Listrak is #1 when it comes to automated campaigns like: shopping cart campaigns, purchase campaigns and others. They offer easy solution, guidance and practice so you can achieve great results. This was the main reason why we started to use Listrak. When it comes to functionality, this platform is excellent for making critical tasks, for e.g. A/B testing easy to understand. I highly recommend this product to everyone.
CONS: I think we will get new manager because the Listrak is growing. I am afraid that he will need some more time to learn how to use this platform. But on the other hand, we like the idea of new manager because he can give some fresh ideas.

PROS: All I have to say about Listrak is that provides right tools and great support, their support system is very useful. We work as email service provider and I can surely say that this product meets all our needs. The platform is easy to use, powerful and there are constant improvements. We use the reporting tool so we can see the results of our campaigns.
CONS: I need to have some knowledge in HTML so I can develop email campaigns.

PROS: We have used other systems for sending emails to our customers, but they haven’t met our needs so we made a transfer to Listrak. Now I can clearly say that we have great success when it comes to our sales and our mailing list is increased without making manual tasks. We managed to increase the signups over 10%, we use the conversion tracking features and we use the conversations so we can be sure that our emails meet our customers’ needs.
CONS: I have some difficulties when it comes to conversion tracking on BigCommerce. We have tried many variations but we couldn’t find the easier way, and now we use Google Analytics to track our profitability.

PROS: I’ve used Listrak at two different companies. They provide great support. Listrak helped us to implement new strategies in the email marketing field. The platform is easy to set up and very clear. We’ve used Listrak in retail business and really helped us in growing ecommerce. We managed to implement Post Purchase and Preference Center campaigns, and some dynamic on-site recommendations for each client. When we started with this platform our subscriber’s list has increased in just one month.
CONS: I don’t have dislikes by now.
