PROS: LGL has a CRM function that benefits our operations. It's not expensive and yet offers an enterprise-level system! It's really helpful to small non-profit organizations. The support team of LGL is reliable and is always able to resolve issues immediately.
CONS: It doesn't have some complex functions that other CRMs have.
