PROS: A wide range of tools is available for acquiring, managing, and ensuring the quality of information. Learning how the platform works is a breeze as long as you know exactly why you implement the system. Lastly, the team that assists customers are very responsive. They are very knowledgeable and give immediate answers to my queries. They have already saved me from committing mistakes that could have cost me lots of bucks.

CONS: Having so many options can be both a good and bad thing. The number of choices is pretty overwhelming at first. Fortunately, the customer support team is always within reach and willing to provide answers and assistance. They are very helpful. You just have to ask.

PROS: Being with Melissa Data for years means being with an expert. There are so many things that I love about this product, it provides easy integration with our site, complete and updated addresses, special products and best of all no service interruption.

CONS: We haven’t tried other features since we have no use of them for now so no dislike but the features that we use in Melissa Data is perfect.

PROS: We are able to pull data without any difficulties. And whenever we had questions about the service, their customer support are always quick in providing answers and assistance. Lastly, the system's address verification tool has been very helpful in making sure that the shipping address that clients send to us are accurate.

CONS: Addresses that fall outside typical parameters like new construction, etc. are usually not available. Also, communication issues can compromise API results.

PROS: We are able to integrate the platform with our existing infrastructure with so much ease. The available features and functions are also easy to use.

CONS: The results of contact verification, smart mover, and personator done in the cloud is not completely the same with the results of those done on-premise.

PROS: Melissa Data Quality through its collaboration with SSIS helps me in giving accurate data to my clients. The information that I get is fast and reliable not to mention its great technicalities such as supporting a high volume of data from small and medium-sized businesses.

CONS: They provide assistance and training in using the technology so it compensates any flaws so nothing is negative about this product.

PROS: The ability to know whether an address is accurate/valid or not has been a huge help to the business. We are mailing service provider and the accuracy of recipients location is vital. With Melissa, we are able to ensure that the mails are delivered in the correct location. The number of returned mails has significantly reduced.

CONS: There are times when the only change made on the address is having the additional dash 4 on its zip code.

PROS: With Melissa Data validating any information is easy as well as getting accurate data.

CONS: Some features such as address verification sometimes fail due to incomplete details on the address such as avenue and more, still the service is remarkable.

PROS: The customer service that Melissa Data provides is superb. Their response time is almost instant, they listen well and are really accommodating.

CONS: I honestly have nothing against MD, great experience.

PROS: It lets us fetch a significant amount of data impossible to acquire using other product in the same category. Generally, it gives massive value for its price.

CONS: I wish the tax details for the current year would be updated as often as possible.

PROS: We integrate the system with Salesforce to make processes semi-automated and it does work fairly well. It also got listware tools which make customizing stuff an easy task even if you have little knowledge of the Salesforce Visual Force. Their customer service team is also very responsive. They always fix things for us fast.

CONS: We are using a managed package and we often had to store addresses more than once which is very time consuming and inefficient. I wish it would be fixed so we can use the time we spend storing addresses multiple times to do other important things. I also wish they add an ability to mark records that would not be included in the batch process. We also had problems with the "Move" processing so we just decided to turn it off.

PROS: We are a business that ships items to different areas across the United States and abroad. So our team finds the platform's address verification feature a big help in ensuring that the packages are delivered to the right location.

CONS: Right now, we are just using the platform to verify the address of shipment locations that our customers send to us and we haven't encountered any major issue yet.

PROS: It has good documentation. Response time for cloud services and the customer service response to queries and concerns is quick. Customizing the platform is also easy and fast. The solutions in the data quality domain are nice but sadly we don't need it.

CONS: Everything is good so far.

PROS: MD provides the best customer support. I like how the DQS is easy to install and how it integrates well with Data Tools. The error code that it gives is very specific allowing you to easily identify incorrect inputs. Every address has a distinctive link which helps me to come up with a customized database.

CONS: There are some glitches that came up like duplicates on some data but it was resolved through their customer support.

PROS: We are using Melissa primarily for verifying addresses and we usually get accurate results. The platform also helps us know whether the address given is valid or not, or And whenever a contact changes their address, we can easily track the accessory information like the street name.

CONS: We don't find any problem with the system. But just like anything else, there's always a room for improvement. I suggest they add an ability to fetch accessory information about an address like its subdivision. The more detailed it is, the better.
