PROS: The default user interface is incredibely slick, well-optimised and modern, it runs perfectly and was easily picked up by all my employees. All levels of service supports muti-level BOMs, the ability to use different production resources and the ability to add images to items. This goes for both stocked items as well as non stocked. The business that I run was transformed by this program and improved the productivity of everyones workflow almost instantly.
CONS: There are very few problematic aspects that we have experienced, the only thing I can think of is large scale works in progress being slightly difficult to plan through the website, but with a quick email chain with my employees as well as the help from their customer support team this was resolved with great immediacy.
