PROS: What's good with HEAP is its value prop. Having the ability to operate analytics on questions we came up with has been handy. It's really a lifesaver! Aside from being useful, there's never a need in installing event-specific firing tags on certain aspects. This greatly saved our dev resources.
CONS: When dealing with a huge volume of events, its UI can be difficult to manage. Even if it's a really powerful tool, people will have a plethora of events to keep track of. Dealing wiht more than a hundred events via HEAP is challenging as it lacks an inherit organization and grouping. It's basically a huge list of time with the capacity to sniff things out by means of text. Unless your current team is dealing with nomenclature in event/report tagging, be cautious when scaling with HEAP.

PROS: Nice User Interface and fairly easy to get set up and started.
CONS: Really poor customer service practices. Took a week to get a response to a ticket. When asked about this no accountability was taken but rather blame passed on repeatedly.

PROS: UI is surprisingly simple. Easy implementation of company applications. One login for all apps. Password reseting is self-service.
CONS: I have zero list to dislike with OneLogin. It does a phenomenal job in carrying out ideas. Obviously these camefrom their "Ideas" portal.
A worthy tool that the public should use.

PROS: I love the fact that all of my apps can now be seen in a single page. OneLogin has made the possible. Spotting icon-dominated buttons is easy. Including new apps is fairly simple.
CONS: I'd like to make things eaier when organizing apps within the home screen. Right now, they're arranged in alphabetical order. That's actually ok. But it's preferable if they can be neatly arranged according to the most used to least used apps.
It does what it’s suposed to do, but its UX could use some refinements.

PROS: The company I previously worked for was using OneLogin in accessing each internal-external facing structure. Whether it's from our e-commerce platform to e-mails to HR management, everything can be accessed from a single location. Working for a company with a quick-paced logistics, I suddenly saw myself consistently moving from these screens and programs. I have access to most program in an easy-to-use location. This significantly enhanced my efficiency.
CONS: The one negative things with OneLogin is that it automatically logs me out after leaving it on for some time. I'd see myself moving from one program to the next. After around several minutes, I'd be asked to input my credentials all over again. Granted this a lot more preferrable than inputting my logins for every program we've utilized. But then again, this may be an internal problem that's still worth the mention.
An all-around solution worth keeping.

PROS: I've experimented with other password managers and was on the market to look for something new. I love how this came with a basic version (free) just so I could have an idea with what it does before making a purchase. Its service is is really affordable (a huge plus). I'm currently running a small business and cost means everything to me. It has support for numerous registration pages and an Automated SaaS app configuration (both are handy when needed).
CONS: It tends to get a little confusing. The manual SaaS app configuration instructions weren't available. I resorted to seeking assistance from support just so I can figure out everything. A noticeable disconnect can be seen between mapping and roles. This adds a bit of intricacy. However, the setup has worked really well
An excellent solution for identity management.

PROS: I've had experience dealing with two identity provider solutions in the past. There's no question. OneLogin is the best solution I've ever used. The product has a suite of tools and rich in features.
CONS: The user provisioning appears sketchy. It does function like it should. But I feel it's more troublesome than what it's actually worth. This may be related with the apps that we're currently utilizing it with.
Ease of use and highly accessible.

PROS: Its remote function is definitely reliable. It functions efficiently. Using it across operating systems is easy. Having quick accessibility is a bonus.
CONS: The manual login was needed for my smarpthone. It couldn't sync automatically. But this changed in the later going. So I'm thinking this may have something to do with the software update.
