PROS: There are lot of tools and options we use every day for our work. It's easy to find them in the list of modules and adjust as we need. And we can synchronize our data with a third part services. If you have a high level of confidence you can choose Enterprise version to put all data on your own server.
CONS: Adding new features are a little bit rarely and we are looking forward to ip telephony system and some other options.

PROS: This is an all-in-one platform that is perfect for my business. I do not need to use multiple apps just to satisfy different tasks anymore. I get nothing but great user experience from ONLYOFFICE too.
CONS: ONLYOFFICE efficiently meets all my office demands. I think ONLYOFFICE has no disadvantages or flaws.

PROS: Creating and completing projects have become easier with ONLYOFFICE. I can seamlessly share files to anybody through the tool as well, instead of merely depending on emails. And this greatly boosts our connection with clients.
CONS: I find its margin feature quite problematic. First, there’s no mirror margin. And second, its different margin selection looks pretty much similar.

PROS: ONLYOFFICE is a great cloud-based tool that boosts collaboration and productivity in our team. It lets us easily make and edit documents online together. Also, we can upload documents to our account, and easily share it inside or outside the company.
CONS: ONLYOFFICE doesn’t offer handy mobile version. That is why we need to go online using a desktop, or use the web tool when necessary.

PROS: ONLYOFFICE has a dependable CRM platform that serves us efficiently. First, we can import contacts from different sources into it easily, and opening such data is also a breeze. And second, editing and sharing contact details give us no problem as well. We can have these all in a single CRM tool.
CONS: There are file formats that ONLYOFFICE cannot handle such as documents from MS Excel. This is a problem when we need to import dozens of contacts at once. We often resort to changing the format, or find some other platform to do the job.

PROS: This is a comprehensive platform that helps me perform different tasks in one place. In managing files and information, for example, I only use this tool instead of preparing a lot of apps. ONLYOFFICE is very convenient for creating and keeping different documents, especially that it efficiently handles all PDF files I use. Moreover, it comes with a long list of language preference options that are useful on some but critical moments. And the platform has a professional team of support that always helps me solve some issues.
CONS: The graphic designer and some new updates often stumble on errors that impedes my workflow, thus they should be updated and improved for better performance. I encounter some problems with using ONLYOFFICE on some operating systems as well. This is why I fail connecting some of my devices.

PROS: ONLYOFFICE is an easy to use platform with great aesthetics, and is loaded with tons of great features that help us every day. It comes with a reliable CRM tool that securely keeps customer contact details, an efficient project manager for handling our tasks, and an emailing feature that comes in very handy. ONLYOFFICE also lets us easily track personal details, as well as conveniently post updates and announcements for everybody in the company. And when we encounter some problems when using ONLYOFFICE, its support team always helps us sort things out.
CONS: ONLYOFFICE has no built-in templates for documents, projects and emails among other features. That could have been helpful for us when starting certain tasks. Moreover, we’ve had some problems when setting up ONLYOFFICE. Its downloading and installation processes take quite long, and learning it up isn’t easy. However, everything is smooth when we’ve began understanding the use of the platform.

PROS: Compared to Office365, OnlyOffice supports docx format way better. Aside from that, I like that the developers frequently release new versions of the product which mean you got to enjoy new functionalities and features. It gets better and better.

PROS: ONLYOFFICE offers smooth file sharing capacity with hefty of available file storage space. Some other great features include efficient handling of different formats, availability of cool fonts, as well as reliable teamwork elements. It lets us see recent changes in a document or view history.

PROS: ONLYOFFICE is a complete tool for doing and managing different office tasks. It boasts seamless UI and can handle different file formats, which means it helps us achieve better performance on the job. The platform also helps me manage different departments in our company in one hub. And these functions even becomes better when we set basic hosting for emailing. Moreover, it has a dependable sharing feature, and it links to WIKI as a source of information.
CONS: I prefer keeping the chatting feature in the client even when I’m on private hosting. I also prefer using other emailing platform, instead of relying on what ONLYOFFICE offers. Another minor change that the platform should make is turning the RRSS icon into a simple notification logo, since that is the purpose that it serves. The invoicing feature needs improvements in terms of managing contents to make it more functional. And lastly, I find customization and resources quite inconvenient to use, so I simply use the platform as it is.

PROS: OnlyOffice simple interface makes it easier for end users to find their way through the program. Its functionalities and features are fantastic. I like the ability to share files without the need to acquire other file-sharing tools like gdrive. The interoperability with MS formats is also commendable.
CONS: The service got a very poor Hi-DPI support. I had it in a high DPI display and the program appears terrible.

PROS: In my perspective, the best things about OnlyOffice are its simplicity and user-friendliness. It’s no brainer. You don’t have to learn a complicated process to make the most out of the system. It’s a great tool for viewing and creating documents that are not word.
CONS: Compared to other extensions, the number and types of tools offered by this program are quite limited.
