Order Management
Onro has a driver app for Android and iOS devices that helps streamline order management. It organizes the process of managing orders into three tabs. Assigned tabs where active orders are, For-you which shows new orders, and Order for all unassigned ones waiting for a driver. Drivers are also able to see the scheduled orders and they can choose to pick them up if it’s optimal for their route. Furthermore, Onro integrates with third-party navigation apps like Waze and Google Map for better performance.
Proof of Delivery (POD) Tool
The software features a dynamic and easy-to-use Proof of Delivery (POD) tool for all drop-off locations. This lets drivers get a digital signature from the receiver on any destination separately. The management can also provide a POD to parcel senders if they want to know the delivery status of their orders. The drivers can also add notes and pictures to the POD which is especially useful if they need to leave the package at a safe location because the receiver is not around.
Customer App
The platform also features an app specifically made for your customers. They can use it to place multiple orders, enjoy the different promos you offer, choose the type of vehicle for their package, and more. The customer app also includes a real-time online chat for them and the drivers which reduces calling expenses and helps protect their privacy. The app can also be used for tracking drivers and request on the map in real-time.
