PROS: Oracle Spatial is both intuitive and interactive. It does a great job of helping me create live maps for our TMS solutions--and in various modes at that.

CONS: I have nothing bad to say about the program itself. I do wish that their customer support's language can be a bit more polished though.

PROS: Regardless of what the others are saying, I found Oracle's interface to be quite simple and easy to learn. Out of all the similar programs that I've used, this is hands-down one of the most efficient tools I've used. I haven't had any problems onboarding new employees on the program and getting them up to speed.

CONS: Their customer service takes too long. I've called a dozen times with some issue or another, and they've always worked at a painfully slow pace. I usually have to pencil in an hour or more whenever I need to speak with their agents.

PROS: Its wide array of integrations really sets this product apart from the others. With it, I can perform multiple tasks and processes--such as data visualization, data formatting, etc--without having to toggle back and forth multiple programs. It's been really easy to fill out graphs and identify the synchronizing axis because of Oracle.

CONS: So far, this has worked really well to my advantage. I wish that there'd be more resources for it online, but this is still nothing to complain about.
