What Problems Will Orange Manager Solve?
1. Other order management systems give you a list of orders when you download and you have to decide what to do with them, mark them and move them to be shipped. Orange Manager assumes that a coming order is ready to ship so you see a direct view of orders you download and can get to work on shipping them out.
2. Other systems are not integrated with CSR and warehouse has to communicate with CSR via email or note pads, and vice versa. Orange Manager has a built-in CSR folder, so warehouse can enter a note and send the order to CSR with a click of a button, and then CSR sees all orders they need to follow up on in their folder. Consequently, when the CSR talks to a customer and make a change or add on to an order then they can note that order and send it back to shipping for processing.
3. Refunds / canceled orders. When an order needs to be refunded because of lack of inventory or cancellation of the order, you have to make sure other departments such as accounting are aware. Orange Manager allows you to note an order and send it to accounting to processing with one click, and the order will then stay in the accounting folder until it has been dealt with so the follow up is easy.

PROS: I sell online, have my own store, and sell on Ebay and Amazon. I use FBA. This system lets me import my orders from my stores and send them to FBA with one click! I can also do all my customer service with this system since it has all my order info / customers from all my stores. Excellent solution!

PROS: I have used Orange Manager for about 6-7 months now. OM lets me process my orders easy and quick, the work flow is really easy, I download all my orders into OM, print packing slips, postage and I am done. Also makes it really easy to keep track on orders / customers with all info in one system. It also has tax reports. inventory and customer service. I might not be the best reviewer but this is the best shipping / management system I have used.
CONS: I cant complain on anything, it is easy to use, will update this if I run across something I do not like with the system.

PROS: Easy to use. Can do both my online orders and my offline orders. Discounted postage. I have all my customer info in one place. I can easily enter manual orders for shipping. Good fast support. Overall a good and easy to use system.

PROS: I sell on multiple marketplaces and my own stores online and Orange Manager lets me process all shipping and manage my business from within one system! Makes my life as a online retailer so much easier.
CONS: Could be clearer what options I should use for postage, you can choose between Shippo , EP and Orange Mailer. took me some time but figured out that their built in option OM is great and seem to have the best discounted rates.
