Ordoro allows users to compare rates between shippers. If you have negotiated rates with UPS or Fedex, these rates are pulled automatically into your Ordoro account. Best of all, Ordoro offers commercial pricing for your USPS labels, giving you a better deal than having to go to the post office yourself. You can batch print your packing slips with your brand’s logo, and even draft a summary of all your unfulfilled orders so you know what items to go pick from your warehouse.

Ordoro also lets you keep your inventory in sync across all sales channels. This allows you to list the same item on multiple sites without having to worry about overselling. PROS: Ordoro has been able to give us support in aspects of accounting and warehouse management. It’s a fairly easy solution to use and I like that it works well with the other solutions in our arsenal too. For its price point, one can get quite a lot out of this tool.

CONS: They are a tool that continues to grow with their clients. I know that they are still doing upgrades in their system and my team and I are trying our best to be patient about this. It’s a good thing they have an excellent customer service team.

PROS: The product was mid-range level at best among it's peers. However, we were loyal subscribers as it was our workflow. The basically forced an upgrade on us (at a higher cost) with 2 weeks fore-warning before our Christmas rush season. The upgrade removed most of the features we needed. When we questioned if we could have the features we needed back, especially since we were paying over 100% more, we were told "your workflow is not our priority". Hmm...this from an order management company. 5 years of a business relationship down the drain. Pretty awful to do to a loyal subscriber right before our Christmas season.

CONS: They could care less about their customers.

PROS: I think the best deal one can get from Ordoro is its affordable unlimited shipping plan. This is an offer you cannot find easily in the market. With Ordoro, you do not have to start with pre-negotiated rates with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Instead, you begin with their Commerical Base Plus and you'll get to enjoy the First Class rates up to 15.99 oz. It is an incredible deal which can save you a big amount of money especially if your shipment includes small items.

CONS: Their customer support falls short of my expectations the first time I used the service. They are a bit less responsive. But now, I've witnessed improvements and cannot really say it's still a disadvantage. Aside from that, I have some concerns with the WooCommerce integration. The app does not function smoothly.
