PROS: With the help of Panopta, we are now able to monitor the performance and speed of all our tools. We cannot afford to have prolonged downtimes that is why we rely on Panopta to give us reminders in advance. I also like it because of its ease of use that makes it convenient to have on your desktop or mobile phones.

CONS: The functionality of the software is more than what I expect. I can say that Panopta is more advantageous for the business rather than detrimental.

PROS: Panopta is not that complicated to learn that is why we decided to keep using it to monitor our systems. It helps our IT team diagnose upcoming issues before it's too late.

CONS: Better dashboard integration should be implemented as soon as possible. Also, the reports are sometimes inconsistent.

PROS: Alerts are being sent in different ways that keep us alert at all times. Now we don’t have to worry about outages or system issues because we already pre-empted the issue with the help of Panopta.

CONS: Basically, I would like to see more improvements in the reporting structure.
