Previous customers can choose to settle their payments from within an invoice-reminder-email using a previously saved card or bank account number. They can add new bank information without having to exit the invoice or reminder email.

This greatly reduces the number of steps required to pay, which adds greatly to the convenience of your clients. This also increases your chances of getting paid on time.

PayorCRM comes with a portal that handles all of your invoice correspondence with your clients. It lets you manage all your invoice-related processes, such as customization, timing, and frequency of your reminder emails based on the rules you have set per customer or per invoice amount.

Integrations with QuickBooks, SAP, and other ERPS and CRMs simplify and accelerate your processes. These integrations automatically pull up invoices from your system and instantly updates them whenever a customer settles a payment.

After viewing your invoices and reminders, your B2B clients have the option to pay via channels they prefer. Currently, PayorCRM supports direct bank to bank transfers (direct debits) in countries such as US, Canada, United Kingdom, and UAE. It also Authorize.net and Paypal (for both credit card and ACH processing).
