PROS: This is unbelievably easy to use and efficient considering that it has an affordable price than other options. It also has a support team that we can trust now and then. They constantly keep in touch with us. This is great for easily informing them whenever I need help, if I want to ask something, or if I have some recommendations in mind.

CONS: I want a feature that can list items in a quotation template, instead of simply relying on invoices. I’ve been suggesting this to them for quite some time now, but I still haven’t noticed such feature yet.

PROS: This is a great tool for some of our office tasks. For example, I can easily make and send receipts to the right email accounts from our list.

CONS: I has stumbled on some problems when using the search features. It is quite unstable, and it easily responses on different unintended movements.

CONS: Handling payments through checking account method is quite problematic. That is because customers can dispute the payments after it is being authorized, which often results to payments being declined.

PROS: It can do essential payment processes without making any task difficult. It lets me schedule future payments for me and my clients’ convenience. I only need to link their bank accounts or credit cards.

CONS: Yes, this platform is very easy to use in most instances, but there are moments when it becomes inconvenient. When that happens, I find it difficult to complete certain process.

PROS: It lets me enjoy an excellent user experience for business. It is capable of linking payments for more convenience too.

CONS: Some parts is hard to understand especially for beginners. Tutorials and guides can go a long way.

PROS: This is surely an essential tool for scaling my business and for making key operations efficient. User experience is smooth and great, since it features seamless invoice handling. It also lets me generate links where people can click to pay, and I can post such links on my websites. It is also capable of handling payments through credit cards and ACH; then, the support team has helped increase my ACH amount limit, as well as for minimizing credit card processing rates. The guys in the support team is greatly helping me since I started using the tool.

CONS: I hope the tool would let me pay some entities through ACH options. Also, compatibility with Quickbooks would be great.

CONS: The portal doesn’t display payments made on the months before. Such feature could have helped review or recheck payments.

CONS: Scheduling payments on the calendar is quite inconvenient. You need to click on the date you want multiple times before it reflects on the calendar.

It has a mobile app version too, boasts a dependable payment platform, can be used with other tools, and it generates essential reports without hassles.

CONS: We experience some troubles when paying for the app, especially that they impose hidden questionable charges. We end up paying big for our account. Also, we are not satisfied with its unresponsive user support.

PROS: It conveniently records all amount I receive in the account. Then, it shows a graphical representation of such amount for each regular period, such as for daily, weekly, monthly or annually.

CONS: Searching for customers in its list that should receive certain payments is quite cumbersome. When I type a name of a certain customer, for example, I need to click on it to show the full name. Now, we have many customers with similar names; thus, we often get the wrong name before finding the right one. This is risky and inconvenient for us.
