Phocas Review

PROS: With Phocas you can easily create and save reports, you can create dashboards, users, etc. Admins can make changes to different users, on the other hand, they are allowed to reset their passwords whenever they need. You can send data to different sources. You have access to different levels from a line level, in between and to the high level. Phocas gives you an ability to select and give responsibility to different users.

CONS: I believe they need to make the dashboards more clear, also you need to have an appropriate training and knowledge of the product if you want to make any changes by yourself. I would advise the team of Phocas to build advanced features for long term users.

PROS: I can't say enough good things about how well-designed this tool is. I very quickly got the hang of how to use the dashboards, and the design is really user-friendly. It is also incredibly helpful that I can access it from anywhere that has an internet connection since it enables me to keep an eye on work even when I am moving around and on the go.

CONS: One thing I think they can improve on is letting this tool integrate with other programs. Other than that, I think that this tool has a lot of positives going for it.

PROS: The thing that I appreciate the most about this is how empowering it is. It is so user-friendly that users can acquire their data and quickly get the results, all without having to go through the I.T. staff middleman. Rather than having to go through a long-winded explanation and maybe even several re-dos with I.T., we've been able to use this tool to do the job ourselves. It has really sped up the work process.

CONS: I really can't say anything negative about this tool as it has really helped us with improving the services and product we offer to users. It has always given us the results we needed and I am happy that I'm using it.

PROS: One of the first things I experienced is the fast shift between one data analyses to another, within seconds with only one click. Dashboards are also great because I can organize and follow the reports. In addition, their Kpi meters are very easy to access and easy to use.

CONS: We cannot set the live data with the systems we use, and that means we are day behind in the information we get from Phocas. They could make the streaming of data more accessable.

PROS: I have easy access of the sales and profits and how my business is doing on the market including the information of the different time period e.g. I can easily get the information from previous year. The process itself is time-consuming, but now with Phocas I only spend an hour to gather information for each section of my company.

CONS: There is a lot of information about the software and its benefits but I don't have enough time to study it thoroughly.

PROS: I really appreciate how user-friendly this software is. It is so easy to grasp. Another thing I appreciate is how accesible and capable their customer support team is whenever I encounter an issue.

CONS: One thing I think they can improve on is the databases. When I try to modify them, it can get a little tedious and complicated. Maybe they can make this more intuitive in future versions.

PROS: One of the things I really like about Phocas is the instant report I get, also, whenever I have trouble using the app, the support team is always here to help. The dashboards show the amount of the entered orders and returns we did. In addition, with dashboard we can easily examine the branch and the employee. I really enjoy using the Phocas because shows how many changes the sales team made on prices.

CONS: In my opinion they need to work on their chart portion. I have trouble in creating charts, and unfortunately you cannot print them.

PROS: One of the first thing I experienced with Phocas is that I can collect information very easily and fast and most important I can check products and customers altoghether. But, according to my experience with Phocas one of the best things is that you can spot any problem or issue within your company and you can work on it, as we always do.

CONS: Something that I don't like is the price for the small companies and customers.

PROS: I was amazed how you can get information very quickly. It is a friendly tool that cooperates with my ideas and follow the direction of the gathered information. You can access online training or you can ask for help from their customer support team whenever you need something. Everyone in this field is using Phocas so I believe that this is a perfect tool for my team as well.

CONS: They need to work on charting fucntions in detail as well on dashboards.

PROS: I was really amazed how Phocas met our needs with its flexibility and comprehensiveness. We found Phocas helpful with our existing systems, which means it is portable and very easy to use. Their customer support service assisted with transformation of our data. Their mobile app is also very useful for my team, it allows access to our data from everywhere in the world.

CONS: When I used older version of Phocas there wasn’t a lot of ways in sharing queries.

PROS: Phocas gives us variety of ways to analyze the situation of our business. Getting quick information for different opperations, easy access to detailed information for every request within seconds. With Phocas we can directly influence our users for better effectiveness.

CONS: I am very satisfied with Phocas, but It would be good if there is custom header titles or if they can work on rearranging the columns.

PROS: What I really love about this software is its simplicity, for e.g. Phocas put our data into simple and easy-to read format that can be shared and analyzed by every member of my team. Dashboards are especially helpful because helps our team to make the right decisions very quickly. All stored data is available for the users.

CONS: All in all, I am very satisfied about Phocas, they only need to work on their e-mail features so we can send reports directly to our team members and sales stuff. Also, I need to learn how to use the Location part that show where the business is coming from, geographically.

PROS: Simple techniques to build dashboards and awesome analytical tools and systems to build calculations. We have access to many levels thanks to the admin sections that is very easy to use. All in all, the software is useful for every user, everyone in my team knows how to use it.

CONS: They could work on the bugs when it comes to calculations or some advanced searches, the programmers need to work on solving this issue even though the customer support is very helpful.
