PROS: PracticePanther is a cloud-based tool. That makes it super-efficient for a law service business since it is easy to access from anywhere.

CONS: I notice a problem when creating a template. The created output remains stored in the local computer where it’s made, and it doesn’t become available online.

PROS: Billing is more convenient with PracticePanther. It helps us keep track of consumed time, through its internal time tracker, which is also great for generating bills instantly. The platform also comes with a functional search and filter feature that helps us quickly find stuff. And PracticePanther is greatly helping my superior to finish his tasks in highly efficient ways.

CONS: The “back” feature doesn’t work when navigating on the UI. I need to retrace my steps from the start to access previous windows once again.

PROS: This platform carries all features that we need for our management job, such as handling issues, managing clients, keeping records of cases, scheduling and payment management among many others. PracticePanther has great user support that genuinely listens to queries and suggestions too. Say, you have a good idea for a new feature, they’d consider it for improving the platform. Then, you’d probably see it on the next updates.

CONS: I can’t figure out how to use a small URL format for mailsync in this platform. Although, I feel I just need to learn how to pull it off by following the tutorial guide.

PROS: Yes, it demands your time and attention, but PracticePanther is an easy to use tool that is far better than other practice management platforms. First, it is useful for neatly storing all cases, and they can be updated on real-time basis as well. Also, it is terrific for handling billing and emailing. PracticePanther is excellent when it comes to assuring great experience among users too. Say, they always keep in track with the length of time we consume for each case to see if we’re maximizing the use of the tool. And oh, the people in the support team are also great and professional.

CONS: With more than a couple of years using PracticePanther, I noticed that the right improvements and fixes can largely boost this tool. PracticePanther is functional, but it needs some more features to be complete such as one for sales management. Its calendaring feature also needs some work to become more convenient to use. Moreover, I wish its developers would start considering some minor changes to improve PracticePanther.

PROS: Super easy and smooth to use, and it can sync with other essential platforms such as LawPay and Google Calendar. And there’s its fantastic user support that professionally helps me anytime. They respond to my call and concerns in a small amount of time.

CONS: I encounter some noticeable errors when using PracticePanther. I hope the developers would deal with these bugs to make the tool work more efficiently.

PROS: We used some other platforms before, but it didn’t satisfy some of our essential needs. PracticePanther has easily fulfilled all our demands because it is an all-around platform. It has excellent time tracking features that help us easily monitor consumed, billed and paid time. Moreover, it boasts seamless payment options for our clients such as a built-in credit card manager.

CONS: PracticePanther cannot distinguish the cost difference between paralegals and lawyers. It is a pricy platform too.

PROS: This is a helpful tool for somebody who works solo like me. It helps track schedules, handle payments accurately, and manage some other client concerns efficiently.

CONS: It doesn’t let me upload forms that I make using form creator. The invoicing feature is somehow inconvenient too.

PROS: PracticePanther has commendable ease of use that even a non-tech savvy person can use without hassle. It runs on different devices such as mobile, MAC and Windows desktop, and it is easily accessible anywhere through the cloud. And they have terrific customer support that always guides me especially on solving important issues. They often put an extra effort just to help, such as using screenshots or screencasts when needed.

CONS: It is difficult to add entries to the provided fields because they are very small for me to see. This makes it quite difficult to tweak data in them. However, I still love using PracticePanther that I highly suggest law service offices to use it up.

PROS: I’d like to highlight the wonderful support I’ve received while using PracticePanther. The support team has a really quick response time, and they answer all my queries with full competency. The tool also has links all over its interface so you can get in touch with the support team anytime.

CONS: A more efficient filter for work operations can make PracticePanther a lot better. Although, the existing feature in the app is still better than other alternatives today.

PROS: PracticePanther is smooth to use platform that is also easy to learn, as long as you’d put enough focus and time on it. This software is specifically helpful for managing payments, and it also suits our emailing system without a problem. PracticePanther also has a vibrant support community that provides relentless help to us. For example, they determine how long we take to complete each case, so they can gauge if we are making the most out of the software or not. As a result, we have established some bonds with the guys in the support community.

CONS: I notice that the technical team of PracticePanther often set aside implementing minor changes on the platform. Some of those changes could have been useful.

PROS: PracticePanther is an excellent platform with accurate and reliable accounting features. It performs well as a CRM tool too.

CONS: The tool doesn’t work well with Gmail. You need to pull VCC and codes from PracticePanther each time you send an email, which is inconvenient in my workflow. That is why I am not using it with PracticePanther today. I also find handling contacts quite cumbersome because the platform doesn’t load contacts accordingly.

PROS: PracticePanther helps me manage client payments with ease. It is a great time tracker as well.

CONS: I am not satisfied with the calendar alerts because I find the pop-ups quite unlikable. A full window would be better.

PROS: PracticePanther makes all my management processes smoother since the platform serves as a central hub for all of such tasks. This is great for sorting out different stuff in my legal service office. Plus, PracticePanther has a great support team that assists me anytime.

CONS: PracticePanther has some issues when running with QuickBooks, especially regarding the income feature. Thankfully, however, it is easy to fix and adjust each month.

PROS: PracticePanther is a CRM tool that meets many of our demands. It can manage billing and payments with great proficiency that it also allows clients to complete their payments through online means. PracticePanther also handles our contacts well, and it has convenient accessibility through the cloud.

CONS: The tool didn’t work with QuickBooks Online. We experience doubling deposits in QuickBooks which is a big hassle to address. Although we think this is an issue with QuickBooks instead of PracticePanther, we still decided to terminate the connection between the two platforms.

PROS: It integrates with EVERYTHING lawyers use: quickbooks, LawPay, outlooks, etc. It comes with a custom client intake form that I've been using for my client intake, and the secure client portal keeps my clients informed on their case, while also keeping their information private and secure.

CONS: I haven't had any integration issues, but I've read that it doesn't integrate as fluidly for some programs, including the Xero accounting service. PracticePanther says they will integrate with it soon.
