CONS: CosmoLex is very suitable for our needs here. We cannot spot any problem while using it, especially that it greatly does its purpose.

PROS: CosmoLex is a great tool for managing our office and our accounting tasks. That is because it meets the unique accounting demands of our operations.
CONS: CosmoLex is quite a hassle to use, especially that it lacks some automation features. For example, the forwarding of emails fails in some instances. It doesn’t have an installable application for desktop too.

PROS: I like its features for handling checks. It doesn’t approve creating checks to clients who have insufficient funds; specifically in their provided trust accounts.

PROS: CosmoLex runs on the cloud, and that makes it super accessible. We haven’t experienced irrelevant hassles when making and editing bills too.
CONS: It is quite inconvenient to check fees for each recorded time. Other than this, I have no other issue and complaint about CosmoLex. After all, it runs on the cloud, which means it often receives improvements and new updates.

PROS: This is a powerful tool with many wonderful and useful features. It also fits my needs because it is efficient in combining accounting handling tasks with general management of my law service firm.

PROS: Managing our offices is easier and more efficient with CosmoLex. It is smooth when handling accounting, services, files and billings among other stuff. Thing is, the tool isn’t that easy to learn at the start. However, it is doing fantastic help in our firm once you learn the process.
CONS: It is difficult to correct the wrong processes or tasks in the system. The problem is, we cannot figure out when something is going wrong; not until it is already causing bad results.
