PROS: I like how Priority seems to understand how to help its users and what their companies need. They offer several options that are flexible in terms of adjusting to whatever their users need, and it's presented in the simplest way possible. Priority also has a great support team. They're responsive and prompt in answering concerns. I think Priority is so good that I even recommended it to my previous company, who is now closely considering possibilities on using the software for their own needs.
CONS: It would be great to have a simpler, more intuitive UX that we didn't have to reinstall when it gets uninstalled for some strange reason.
