PROS: I like that Procurify is so easy to use as a tracker for our company's official purchases. We're able to monitor the orders and delivery stages to help manage expectations. Plus points for being able to integrate with third-party software like Slack, and having an app we can access anywhere and anytime with our phone.
CONS: Having reports we can customize according to client preferences and segmentation would be super helpful in making Procurify work better for us.

PROS: With Procurify, I like that we're able to keep track of everything in one shared platform and that it's transparent for both documentation and communication. Being able to keep a unified database allows us to easily search for what we need, and it also lets us set up third-party apps to integrate with.
CONS: Perhaps more flexible settings to the PO would help us become more efficient. Features like being able to see the account code in one glance, giving PO access to general users, and being able to edit POs would be a few suggestions.

PROS: I like that Procurify is just the right amount of simple, in terms of usage. The online user interface seems to know exactly what I need and when I need it, so I find it so pleasant to use, along with the mobile app.
CONS: It might already be available and my company is just not using it, but it would be great if there's a time limit for order approvals and that it will automatically be approved if not actioned within a specific period. This will avoid delays in the process.

PROS: I like that we can take a variety of orders with control over inventory, but still keeping flexible for changes and streamlining. Procurify allows us to automate and let each of our employees become accountable for their orders and purchases, and how they're all involved in the whole process. And this is involving teams across all departments.
CONS: We could avoid lags in the system. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, I find that we needed to wait for a while before it functions properly. Perhaps a lite version can work in case the internet connection is interrupted or slows down.

PROS: This is a great tool to use to organize all purchase orders. It simple and easy to use. I enjoy using this product. I like the reports I am able to pull up. I can keep up with what is being spent and to organize various budgets from different departments. When we are having an audit, everything we need can be pull from the reports we obtain from Procurify!!

PROS: One of the best characteristics of Procurify is that it is capable of following the complete Purchase Order process online without the need of physically moving papers from each person that approves it, in other words it is very organized. Also, tracking the order, keeping re-occurring orders, information with vendors, and the ease of accessibility to previous documentation of Purchase Orders is amazing and simple enough to prevent confusion.
CONS: I have a few instances when the link of a button does not open or execute but I believe they have fixed this issue because is not occurring anymore

PROS: It is easy to submit orders, track requests, reorder previous orders, and other previously repetitive and time-consuming tasks.
CONS: Reporting could be better. Also, the screen that lets you order the same thing as on previous orders could be a little easier to use. I end up clicking through pages sometimes to find what I want to reorder.
