PROS: With PCS it's very easy to coordinate different aspects of a project. For our company, the most important feature of the project is the budget control. We can easily plug in the expenditures we make within the scope of the project. We can coordinate the projects we are conducting from one hand. It is now easier to ensure workflow. Furthermore, it's now very easy for us to manage Purchase Orders, material control and storage. And we can track the invoices and payments without encountering any kind of mess. Besides other benefits, I think the most important one is that PCS team is always ready to respond our questions.
CONS: We have not encountered any problems since we started using PCS.
