Projector PSA is a fully integrated suite of Professional Services Automation tools that helps services organizations with client invoicing, time and expense tracking, resource scheduling, and project management. PROS: You can easily implement Projector PSA to practically all web based platforms you can think of. I especially like their integrations. Their tools are also all very easy to use and very helpful for our reporting and analytics efforts.
CONS: I like simpler mobile app so I can quickly capture photos of receipts and keep track of expenses.

PROS: Projector is easy to use, intuitive and customizable business software. The software provides us with many tools for management and project accounting. Also, the application allows us to export data to Excel or other formats so we are able to create our own reports.
CONS: All in all, the software is great, but there are few things they need to work on. Their application is split into web portal for record time and expenses and on Pc for management console only. This is great, but it would be nice if everything was in one place. Also, creating rapports tool is a little complex thing to do. They really need some improvements with GL integration.

PROS: Projector is very helpful software for my business and service trainings. The dashboard and projector web solutions are customizable and very useful. Also, we use their analytics tools to make more effective decisions. The software allows us to keep track of our billable hours and items, also the invoice functionality is very effective tool.
CONS: In my opinion, all tool should be moved to a web-based platform. Also, I don’t like the resource scheduling and planning because these tools are very limited and they are not very flexible for changes.

PROS: With Projector PSA, we don’t have to waste time for managing projects. Everything is done with this software, it’s great time tracking software for front-end-users.
CONS: This software is a little complex. The interface and the design looks more like W96 instead of windows 10.

PROS: Projector provides many tools for almost every business issue or situation. Tools for expenses, rapports and billing, and complex analytics. What we like about the Projector Psa is that the app grows along with our business, there are continual upgrades and features.
CONS: There is nothing that I dislike about this app, all I want to see some new features.
