Rillion uses invoice capturing and processing, OCR scanning, and AI technologies for you to handle supplier or vendor invoices effortlessly. Rillion can automatically and accurately extract data from paper, email, or digital invoices (e.g., Word, Excel, PDF, CSV, XML, JPG, TIFF, and EDI files).
Invoice data and the relevant data fields are captured, mapped, and stored in a database. You can eliminate costly human errors, prevent late payments, and improve staff productivity.
Intelligent Accounting
The platform streamlines invoice routing, validation, coding, approval, and posting. It learns from your historical invoice, coding, and posting data and makes predictions and suggestions on how invoices should be coded and routed.
