SAP Business One Review

PROS: It's simple to use and scalable according to the size of your business using a variety of ways to distribute and sell at every angle.

CONS: It would be great if the system can be more intuitive so we don't have to modify each data, and that we can have at least two sessions for a single login.

PROS: The integration process is seamless for helping us grow as a business. It's done fuss-free -- quickly at an affordable cost, offering fast solutions for the issues that came up -- making us a more efficient company.

CONS: More flexible programming/development in the later stages of integration, so we can reverse things we don't need or pivot to a different solution.

PROS: SAP Business One is helpful for us to integrate data across departments so managers have access at any time and pull streamlined insights according to our analytics.

CONS: Having a more intuitive reporting function would be more helpful so it's easier for anyone in our team will be able to pull insights from our data.

PROS: I learned how to use SAP Business One without any technical issues when I click on the modules. It's also very easy to upload excel files, generate documents, and edit reports, with data that is synced up on mobile. It's also a fit for small businesses because it's affordable.

CONS: Security access needs more improvement, otherwise, anyone can just access the data.

PROS: SAP Business One as an ERP system helped us grow as a small business, based on our available data, how to customize the things we need to make our growth happen.

CONS: Determining a clearer path to customize a process would help avoid confusion.

PROS: I like that this is an intuitive solution that helps you to manage entire business operations. This is an eco-system that allows access to everyone involved in the process and with different type of authorization. Setting up the system is intuitive and simple, we are able to manage different organization and multiple currency. It doesn’t require creating various data centers for each information.

CONS: Its UI needs some improvements, it looks bit out dated, but it does the job.

PROS: I like that it allows me to configure everything in most simple and effective way. The cost and implementation time are afordable for small companies. Also, we can connect it to other systems so we can get even better results in real time.

CONS: In my opinion, they could improve the UI and module that is used to reconciliate accruals. IN addition, they could include even more complete HR module.

PROS: SAP Business One allows us to integrate our existing programs so we can track and keep records in one platform. It improves our workflow across all software for a streamlined view across our departments.

CONS: I look forward to a refresh of its interface.

PROS: I have found that SAP Business is fully integrated, easy to set up and use, and it is an ideal administration system that is very useful for growing business and medium sized business. It provides great features, functions and useful analytical tools so you can easily manage Purchasing, Inventory Management, Production, CRM, Service Management, Sales, Finance, Banking, Analytics and many more. There are more and more company who manage their record and analytic operations with SAP Business. It supports various languages and currencies.

CONS: I don’t have many dislikes for SAP Business, others think that it is little expensive.

PROS: I like that we were able to integrate our accounting modules as a small business. Its reporting function

CONS: We like SAP Business One, we haven't encountered a 'con' so far.

PROS: SAP Business One is intuitive and you are able to manage all your business operations. It provides an eco-system where all users can have an access with different type of authorization. Purchasing and operation is intuitive and simple process, we are able to handle various organization and multiple currency. We don’t need to create various data centers for every information because everything is in one place.

CONS: I don’t have dislikes, but I think they could work on SAPB1’s interface. It looks outdated but to be honest, it does the job so the look of the interface doesn’t matter.

PROS: What I like most about this system is the fact that is easy to use. I easily figured out how this software functions and I didn’t have previus knowledge with this type of the software. It helps us to keep track of everything without complicating the process. We can easily go back and follow up past transactions and customer information. Also, it provides great and useful reports that are helpful for our management department when it comes to budgeting and daily operations.

CONS: It can be slow from time to time and it rewuires updates if you want to use some of its features. Also, there is no way to edit things.

PROS: I like that this program is fully integrated, most of all, it is easy to set up and highly intuitive solution for growing businesses and medium sized businesses. It has great set of features and capabilities and wonderful analytic tools for managing purchasing, inventory management, production, CRM, sales, Finance, Service management, analytics and banking. Also, it supports lot of languages and currencies.

CONS: I have heard some complaints that it’s bit expensive tool.

PROS: Versatility - Completely customizable Audit Trail - FDA & GAAP compliant Usability - User friendly, each user can customize their own work space Robust - Everything from CRM for Sales, Segmented COA or Dimensions reporting for simpler accounting, MRP, Forecasting, includes Crystal Reports for dynamic reporting and print layouts, Warehouses with Bin locations, Batch or Serial number capabilities, etc… it goes on and on. Versatility – Did I mention that it’s completely customizable?

CONS: More out of the box dashboard widgets would be a nice to have
