What are the best aspects of this product?
We greatly benefit from the "pay as you use" feature of the software, enabling us to save lots of money compared to the previous email systems we used before. We have a small email list, just under 1,000 and SendinBlue allows us to operate within our budget. That means we have more money to spend on other things.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing to dislike. We love it!

We save money and that is a big deal especially for non profit organizations that need to do things with just a small budget.
