What are the best aspects of this product?
Their customer support is very responsive whenever we encounter issues. Everytime we call for support, their support reps handle our problems quickly and it is evident that they do it with high level attention to details.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish they have a more diverse selection of email templates with lots of customization options and a short learning curve. Most of the time, the software doesn't have the templates we need.

SendinBlue makes it easy for us to send massive email campaigns, especially when they involve past customers whose most recent purchases are over 3 years ago.
