PROS: It keeps the repair and maintenance issues organized so client, business and contractors can meet together in a single format and page, getting information of what is going on every time is something that I like and I find it helpful. It is a great program with lots of options and helpful reports. I like the Notes features too, because I use that every day to make a contact with the vendors and stores, helping to record the information.
CONS: I do not like the Service channel App because it needs to be revised, becoming user-friendly and to access information straightforward. I prefer to skip the app and go directly to the website, because I find it easier.

CONS: Communication could be better. The requirements needed, file specs etc are not clearly defined, so the rollout of the program is difficult. When we are going through the areas to improve, the process to customize the files are with significant cost. Enhancing the process would be a thing to support, meaning that we would be able to spend more, which results in larger profit margins.

PROS: The Service Channel Layout is straightforward to use. The Pro View feature provides full analytic data which is good. The information is formatted and downloadable for providing insights in vast custom reporting.
CONS: I do not like the extensive formatting when I generate the issue lists because if you were not there in the set-up beginning, in most case you are going to get assistance from the Service Channel.

PROS: Service Channel is straightforward to use and I like the interaction with account reps. Although I resolve most of the problems by myself, they are always helpful and available, thanks to Jordan Lewis and Paul Lehman.
CONS: The communication should be improved. There isn’t screen notification for downtime or service problems. A great idea would be to have a page that would allow the users to glance fast and status of work orders. Open/In progress is inactive for X days and although WOs are scheduled for today, it seems that it is closed or the last 5 days.

PROS: If you are first- time user, the setting up correctly is straightforward. PM part, Proposal approval and invoice section work without issues. The system is rarely down so it makes it very functional. Support team is knowledgeable, fast and helpful.
CONS: If you want to edit any enquiry, the form is long with lots of space so you have to scroll through the screen to find the parts to be filled, so I think that they are designed from a person that never used this system, by him/her own wish. The Service Channel is from India and it is difficult to understand them, because of the accents. The e-mail service is slow too.
