PROS: Virtual connection with lab and imaging results. Templates available
CONS: Portal messaging in general inbox rather than provider specific. Unable to mark a portal message as unread. Very limited patient online health history form. Prescribing portal issues and faulty alerts. Unable to edit client's history or send a prescription without opening a new encounter
