What Problems Will Shuttle Solve?

Problem 1 – Payments Processing Company does not accept online business applications or leads.  Shuttle provides a Dynamic Forms feature where companies can set up web application forms, verify application data using third party APIs such as Companies House and auto-populate verified data onto contracts or term sheets. Customers can accept applications or terms and conditions with Digital Signatures.

Problem 2 – Challenger Bank is not able to process complex KYC applications (such as applications involving overseas directors) in a timely manner. Shuttle automates standard and complex KYC processes based on what the customer has submitted in the application form. For example, different documentation can be requested based on the status or location of directors. Request identity, affordability and evidentiary documents. Complete identity verification, credit and background checks using API feeds from Companies House, Equifax, Onfido and DueDil.

Problem 3 – Commercial Finance lender wants to do more business through introducers.  Its’ current processes are totally manual. The lender asks introducers to fill in paper forms to set themselves up as partners and asks the introducer to send customer referrals by email. Shuttle takes the paperwork away. Introducers can self-onboard through the platform and directly refer or co-manage applications.
