It is tedious job for him, as receiving all the RFIs, understanding these, forwarding these concerned recipients, responding to these, if need be closing, rejecting or making these void is pretty time consuming and cumbersome. After he adopted Skysite, he can now do all these electronically and maintain all RFIs at the same location, thus reducing his work hassles.
