PROS: What I really like about this tool is how I can edit and send PDFs, resulting in better turnaround when it comes to projects and presentations. As a team, it has helped improve our collaboration since we can send and edit PDFs easily because of this tool. This has also resulted in our clients being impressed with our quick turnaround since our workflow has just been sped up by this software.

CONS: I think the process for signing up new members can be made more intuitive, as I have had some members find it difficult to do it. They've also had trouble accessing the documents they need when they first start using that tool, and that could be a problem if the business grows and takes on more and more clients. If they improve this in future versions, I think that will really take this software to the next level.

PROS: I really like that this software allows me to edit PDFs with a word processor. It's got a lot of tools that allow me to change font color and size, or add and delete text. Since it's web-based, it's also allowed me to work on the go since I can use it on multiple devices, so long as I have an internet connection. I also really like how I can create forms on it and easily share this to my clients via email. It's really a useful tool all around.

CONS: I think that for a free online PDF editor, it's got a lot of tools. Do I wish there were more tools available? I do, but then again I am using it for free so I think overall it is okay.

PROS: I really like how easy converting files to PDF is when I use this software. Whether it's an image, an Excel file, a Powerpoint presentation, or a Word document, this tool can do it and I didn't even have to deal with a steep learning curve to learn how to use it. I can even edit the PDFs I produce. It's really user-friendly.

CONS: The user interface could use some streamlining. I got a little confused at the sheer amount of tabs and sometimes would have difficulty finding what I was looking for.

PROS: This program has a lot of excellent features that have helped me out a lot in my work, so it's really difficult for me to pick one that is the best. I really love how customizable this tool is, and how it allows me to set it up so that it fits my process. I can also take different formats like TXT, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint and have no problem converting them into PDFs. Creating, editing, and converting these document formats is pretty easy to do, and I even have the option to either process these documents as a group or do them individually.

CONS: Honestly, this program has everything that I need to make my work life easier so I can't really think of one thing that I dislike about it.

PROS: Since it's web-based, I did not expect this program to have as many features as it did. Integrations with Onedrive, Google Drive, and Dropbox are available, which is a great help. But the best thing about this software is that I can convert PDFs into any type of file type that is compatible with our system, and I can also convert different file types into PDFs. It's really useful and has just made the work process flow much more quickly and smoothly.

CONS: I think this is amazing and I honestly can't think of any negatives about it.

PROS: The ease of use is really what I love about this software. PDFs can be edit without any trouble, and electronic signatures can be collected without any hassle. It's made workplace process really move along much more quickly, and this streamlining is something that I think other companies can really benefit from. It's done wonders for our own workplace and I can see it doing the same for others.

CONS: I don't have a problem with the software itself, but I do wish that their customer support agents were more attuned to the customers. When I first contacted them I felt like I wasn't really provided with any help and instead just directed to a website where I could download. Even that website's interface could be improved and made sleeker and more visually appealing.

PROS: Compared to other products I've used, this is really a marked improvement. There are a lot of features that allow me to do a variety of things. I can take whatever type of document and turn them into PDFs. I can edit it, extract images from it, combine PDF pages, and even break up a PDF into multiple pages. It has also helped me out with my productivity since it is web-based and I can work as long as I have an internet connection. It's also easy to use and there's no steep learning curve to deal with or instructional manuals to read through. I don't even have to install anything. Best of all, for the convenience that it gives me, it's really worth the price.

CONS: I do have some things that I would like to see improved. There's only a limited amount of PDFs I can generate on the same IP, and I have to fit all of that in a specific time limit. The software could also be more stable because there are moments where it just freezes up and I need to do my work all over again. I also feel like the cost of the premium version is a bit limited, so I find it really hard to consider upgrading. I can see that being a problem with other companies as well.

PROS: There are a lot of things I like about this software. For one thing, I really appreciate its OneDrive, Google Drive, Box, and Dropbox integrations, since it allows me to work remotely and on the go. It also has all the tools necessary when I need to edit images and text, and I can even sign a document digitally. The conversion feature is also really great; it can convert PDFs into other file types and vice versa. I also found it easy to get used to using it because of the familiar interface that feels a lot like Microsoft Office, so I didn't have a steep learning curve when it came to me splitting, merging, or annotating PDF files and then converting them to either HTML or MS Office. Saving and sharing my work is also a breeze, and has just made my productivity increase all around.

CONS: Maybe the only negative I can cite is that you need a net connection to use it, which is a drawback if you find yourself in areas with poor or no connection at all. Other than that, I don't see any other issue with this software.
