Find The Right Staff, Create The Perfect Schedule

Stafiz provides you with a feature-rich ERP software that helps you handle your staff and calendars with ease and efficiency. Your managers can easily check on calendars and determine periods that require more or less staff than usual, assign the perfect personnel for specific tasks and periods, and enable personnel to confirm their time and log hours spent on assignments.

With Stafiz, you can easily find the most qualified staff available for any project based on the client’s requirements such as skills, educational background, location, etc. If need be, you can access your network of contractors and freelancers to outsource work and manage them from a single location.

Automatic Billing, Faster Payment, Less Headache

Stafiz supports multiple timesheet parameters: by the day, half-day, hour, or minute. Projects can also be billed based on tasks. Staffers fill their timesheets and managers can turn those timesheets to invoices, which are then sent to clients, who then settle their accounts. Managers can generate performance reports using timesheets for comparison and then scan for accuracy (or inconsistencies), resulting in accurate payments from your clients and to your staff.
