PROS: I managed to turn the existing training content into courses and make quizes within TalentLMS. This tool provides framework for adding new learners to the system, we can assign courses to learners, create quizzes by adding multiple choice questions, keeping track of students’ progress through the courses.

CONS: I’d like to link questions with individual course units instead to the whole course. It can be really time consuming when it comes to managing lot of questions to a specific course unit.

PROS: TalentLMS is extremely easy to use software and it allows me to manage all my 12 customers from my account. Every company has their own URL, branding, courses and site admin whom I provide trainings. Training modules take me no more than 20min. Sometimes I follow-up questions and I constantly make myself available to my users. I can enable my clients to have their sales teams trained for selling their products.

CONS: They could add some more features for admins and they could improve branch side design to be even more powerful.

PROS: I’ve been using TalentLMS for few years, before purchasing this tool I had done thorough research about this product and I was fascinated by its features, usability, functionality, flexibility and pricing. With this tool I can perform foreign language classes to kids. Also, I like that I constantly get new and new features and I like its customer service because they always care about my needs.

CONS: I’d like to see at least basic SCORM support. Also, they could include more ways of linking teachers and instructors all together so they could see each other’s information and reporting about students. In addition, they could make the process of purchasing a bundle intuitive.

PROS: We can easily create courseware and learning environment so we can provide better user experience to our clients. We are able to create Certification Programs for our clients , to set up quizes and to add messages whenever there is wrong answer. It provide us with full monitoring of our student flow and we can send reminders to those students who do not continue to follow the course in a timely manner. I like this tool because we can keep track of progress and intervene when students run into complications with materials.

CONS: It would be great if they could imlement option where we can set up nested courses, showing modules with their sub modules.

PROS: First = Easy in understanding and handling ( Trainee, Trainer and Admin ). Second = An All-in-One implementation of what is needed to start to implement an LMS.

CONS: SCORM integration is good but also very old. We hope that newer Technologies are soon finding the way into the TalentLMS.

PROS: A huge amount of flexibility (The flexibility is across all areas of the LMS. It's difficult to relate the broadness and importance of it. You need to experience it for yourself.) CONS: The integrated webinar solution currently (March 2018) does not allow recording of sessions but I have been advised recently that this will be resolved within the next 3 to 4 months at most.

PROS: Easy to set up content in platform, link to other resources, import SCORM packages. Can include multiple discussions within single course. I like the ease of creating sub-portals for clients and the ability to integrate different Zoom web conference licenses to the different portals seamlessly. Support is really good, 24 hour or less response, feedback often includes detailed step action and/or videos of the process to follow.

CONS: The branding process is confusing and somewhat limited. The knowledge base is good but could use additional steps, the support team does answer questions but some of the responses don't seem to make their way into the KB.

PROS: Gamification and lining back to linked in. The ability to create and access the marketplace. The point system and the ease of use. Also it's general funcationality

CONS: Better ability to create different types of content. It's ok now but it's still difficult to create content from word documents or pdf.

PROS: It delivers all the major components of a scalable learning platform and allows us to grow use as our business grows. NOT a big mammoth of an LMS before the business truly needs it.

CONS: Newer functions like role-playing, rehearsal practice sessions, things like that are showing up on other platforms and TalentLMS doesn't have it. This doesn't detract my business from its use.

PROS: There is a fit between what I need and what TalentLMS offers. Functionality is a bit ahead of what I use (which is good because it opens the opportunity for growth), new releases point in the direction of relevant stuff, instead of bloated additions, and it is really ease and fast to manage.

CONS: Foreign language support is always problematic for international software, since markets outside the ENglish-speaking world tend to be relatively smaller. For myself, in Brazil, I miss some flexibility in adjusting terminology, but I can live with it.

PROS: The different pricing options allowed us to afford a quality Training Management System when we first started offering training online and then has grown with us as needed.

CONS: The LMS has a lot of options in an attempt to meet everyone's needs. Sometimes making those meet your needs can be a challenge.

PROS: I like this product’s interface, it is great and intuitive for both students and Administrators. It provides full set of features and cloud based solutions while the price is affordable for everyone. They constantly release new updates and features. We are using it to roll out our Employee Training and Partner Training.

CONS: I’d like to see hierarchy structure features so we can view and authorize courses for direct and indirect reports.

PROS: We were searching for a tool that we could use for electronic policy distribution and acknowledgement by our staff and not only for trainings. We tried other solutions that offer only training options. Finally we have found TalentLMS which is intuitive and user friendly solution, we are using it for more than a year and we are signing up on the month to month plan and we look forward to use yearly plan. I like that we can customize it the way we want, we can add our brand and logo.

CONS: We don’t have complains about the software we had some issue with MO 365 and we thought it was TalentLMS’ issue.

PROS: What I like most about this product is that its customer team showed an interest in working with us and to provide us best user experience. We really had speacial requrements and they managed to include various functionality so they can meet our needs. I’m satisfied from tech support service because they are quickly to respond and always willing to help.

CONS: There are some people who want to create branch and become an admins over their branch and we need to manually create the branch and set them admins. They could make this process automatic and more simple. Also, I’d like to keep track of virtual seats purchased instead of keeping track over spreadsheet.

PROS: I’m new to this product and I can clearly say that I simply love how it works and how simple it is. It offers gamefication and this is great for keeping learners engaged. I can easily load content by using URL load systemm and the contents would come from existing website. I started with few students and I managed to upgrade the plan.

CONS: It can be little confusing when it comes to switching from admin to user especially when you are learning about the program.

PROS: This is easy to use and intuitive solution with flexible and affordable price. Your students can log on by using their social media accounts, it is simple for them to use and participate to your courses. You can easily create own courses and you can even add quizzes. I’m able to add test question at the end of the content so I can be sure that my students has viewed the content.

CONS: The students cannot perform peer review on assignments and there is no option to measure the performance of each student within the discussion. I’d like to see integration with Google Drive and docs or integration with Dropbox.
