PROS: Gives us deep but fast results of essential marketing analysis and variables. That is why we found it suitable for social media marketing campaigns that leverage hashtags. It’s extremely helpful for gathering expressions of audiences to certain brands too.

CONS: It covers a wide area of marketing, thus its search feature is very difficult to learn at first. It sometimes switches the results it displays by simply tweaking keywords and operators.

PROS: Outstanding and robust platform when it comes to crisis management because it makes tracking problems a lot easier and more efficient. Social listening has become a breeze for us too since we don’t need to use the traditional and manual methods anymore. Our clients are satisfied as well since the platform also helps us deliver new projects to them.

CONS: The platform is too costly. Although, we manage to cover its cost from our profit. We haven’t found some other significant concerns.

PROS: Easy to personalize depending on our use; thus, we trust this in data gathering for reports as well as for social tracking tasks. Its accuracy is also remarkable for computing social expressions. That is why we depend on this for generating reports, as well as it lets us create reports on emails.

CONS: Difficult to learn and understand; although, it comes with sufficient training services. It does a bad job when it comes to labeling expressions and data mining. We notice glaring inconsistency with the data too, since what we see on the dashboard sometimes differs from what is reflected on downloaded files.

PROS: The tool is impressively powerful for monitoring the web. It comes very handy in web reputation control, thanks largely ot its notification feature. It's also handy in benchmarking social media and conducting market analysis and influencer analysis.

CONS: There have been instances where it's slow and failed to update data. This happens once every other while whenever I make manual changes.

PROS: This platform is incredible as it has features that makes it easy to filter and tag (which I find extremely useful). This helped a lot since my job is develop processes to acquire insights from analytics.

CONS: There's nothing much to dislike with the platform. The minor issues (this applies to a majority of tools within the space) are the amount of noise it was able to generate (ex. unworthy content, spam, and etc...), and content expiration. Then again, it could be something Talkwalker may not have control of.

PROS: The platform helps in efficiently gathering vital information and boosting objectivity for our clients. Thus, it works great for a PR team that heavily depends on the systematic analysis of client areas that uses different natural language processing types. It also helps when using influencer mapping for sorting out audiences, since it helps in tracking social media activities as well as analyze contents from reputable journalists and authors. Moreover, it has a very dependable team of user support and relationship managers, who continuously strive towards excellent services, platform improvement and client satisfaction. They have guided me into having a good grasp of the platform.

CONS: I experience some problems when it comes to suitability on real-time data for combined reports, as well as with advanced analytics. Grabbing more value from the platform depending on data isn’t functioning. More features are too costly for experimental purposes too, such as API linkage and quick searching, especially that they’re supposedly helpful when CSV fails. However, the basic version of the platform is robust enough for its purpose.

PROS: Their web portal is very user-friendly. I find the staff to be of big help in breaking down the results and tools needed. It also offers great graphics brilliantly displays effects of your program as well as social engagement.

CONS: At first, the interface may be seem overwhelming since there are a plethora of choices and features. But once you're able to get hold of them, navigating is a cinch.

PROS: What a relief! Talkwalker is the kind of tool we've been looking to reach out, engage, and track audience activity. Everything you want is all in there. It's ideal for monitoring and reporting Twitter with live data. Their media options are the best. I like how I have the ability to retrieve data for each account.

CONS: There's no major downside with the platform since its got a user interface that's straighforward and easy to navigagte. One little thing that I don't favour is having callouts cap. But then again, that's an issue with my current package.

PROS: I love this technology. It has an awesome back-end system that makes room for the dashboard to function seamlessly. I have complete trust with data coming in and believe that it can be filtered in a lot of ways.

CONS: The only issue I don't favour is the absence of a "publication name" within Excel export. They're a tech firm so it's something they could already have been working on since we were the ones who asked for it. Their customer service has nothing been short of great.

PROS: I've had this platform for months now and I'm starting to see constant improvements and added features. Their engineering team is nothing short of impressive. I find Talkwalker an all-rounder and easy to customize. It's friendly to first timers and a tool with advanced functionality for experts with intricate needs.
