CONS: Although the tool offers better tracking as compared to other similar tools, it has some few bugs that need correcting. It has multiple fields and thus not easy to find a field you want. In terms of integration, TestTrack is limited to few tools, which is a disadvantage. The import and export feature has issues of compatibility with other tools. Also, the developers of the tool can make test editing better for efficiency.

PROS: It has become a great tool for managing our database. We started small almost a decade ago and we can say it has helped us to transition well over time as we grow. With our team of professionals including developers and engineers, they are able to collaborate well on the same platform and take on projects in unison. This has brought about efficient and smooth workflow and thus reliable.
CONS: Customization of the field is not intuitive. As we grew as a company, it was hard to change the custom fields of our clients to what we wanted them. Data is not easily moved from or into the fields which leaves us not knowing what to do. At the moment, the fields still look the same as they were before. It would be better if it could be fully customizable to help change how the fields look as time goes by. Also, it is difficult to group users in particular groups and change those groups and rules when their activities or objectives change. It would also be nice if such features were introduced into the tool.

PROS: The simplicity of the tool makes it easy to use for anyone looking to track cases and test runs in a project. You can configure it based on the needs of your projects, which adds to its simple user experience. It simplifies how to transfer data to the users with the Task Board feature. You only have to drag and drop the tickets that relate to a particular user with this feature. It empowers you to manage all tickets and issues in your project by assigning the tickets to the users for review.
CONS: The part of integration does not work well with us. Previously, we tried to connect with the Surround SCM with no success. It would be better if the tool was compatible with other applications as this would help improve its functionality. Despite all this, it has become a better addition to our projects and operations.

PROS: The search feature in this tool is not only powerful but reliable. You can filter your search when looking for tickets through a long list by keywords. It makes it easy for you to find what want. This allows you to solve problems and use the tool without many glitches. TestTrack utilizes both keywords and filters to give you a stress-free search experience.
CONS: When it comes to ticketing or creating a ticket, the tool is not as efficient. We expected that it saves the details of the ticket automatically even when you are not logged in. however, it does not do so. You have to be logged in for the ticket to be saved. If you leave in the middle of creating a ticket and the tool logs you out, you will lose all your work as it will not be saved. This can be frustrating and tiring. It would be better if the ticket could be saved automatically once you are logged out to save time and effort.

For example, you can choose which fields or elements you want to prioritize and do away with those that do not concern you. This helps to make your work easier. As for the filters, they empower you to sort out the items you want to view. It makes it easy when it comes to searching for a requirement on the tool. It allows you to customize your workflow and thus better customer service on your part.
CONS: It is difficult to use the previous projects’ templates on future projects. It does not offer this feature in its raw form. When you attempt to use previous templates on a similar project, the changes you make on the current template have to be effected even in the original template. It would be better if such changes were automatic such that you do not have to make changes in both templates.

It helps you to track all your test runs, defects, requirements and cases that come up during the developmental and implementation processes. You can create custom fields and generate custom reports based on the queries of your customers. In short, it offers an all-round trace solution and thus contributes to the success of your project. The best thing about TestTrack is that, it can adapt to any organization or project and thus efficient.
CONS: The available report creator TestTrack has is not that reliable. Although they have the XSLT, all users cannot relate with it. This makes it difficult for them to create reports based on what they are familiar with. It would be better if it adopted the WYSIWYG creator for report templates. For the requirements template, there is no tool to help users create a custom template based on their needs and preferences. The developers of the tool can include this in their next upgrade to help make it effective.

PROS: What I loved most about TestTrack is the ability to integrate with almost all the applications I use. For example, the SCM, which is a provider of source code and MS Office. For the MS Office, it integrates with the 32 bit version but the 64 bit option. The good thing is that I use the older version for my application development which is a plus. Apart from that, it has managed to increase the workflow of the design and development stages of my projects.
CONS: Although integration is there, it does not exist for the 64 bit MS Office. This limits me to the old version of the application. It would be nice if they could upgrade the system and make it compatible with the latest version of MS Office. Just like any other software, TestTrack comes with some other minor glitches which can be handled with ease as the customer support is highly responsive.

PROS: It has managed to help me during test runs for my software development. I can easily carry out experiments and detect which areas need improving. This saves a lot of time as it offers me the needed space and time to put my application out there. The interface is simple and I can search for items in the system with ease. It helps me to arrange and customize the fields to my liking which increases the chances of being successful with the tool. Where find difficulties in using the application, I can contact the customer support which is highly responsive.
CONS: The customer experience is not as great as it should be. You get a lot of things or items to deal with which can be cumbersome, including fields and tabs. Also, the automatic log out for users who show signs of inactivity when using the system is not nice. Once you are logged out, all your work on the ticket is lost. With such a limitation, it can be difficult to work on detailed tickets as you have to start all over again once you are logged out.

PROS: Everything to do with ticketing and receiving feedback from customer is taken care of by TestTrack. It allows for ease of tracing of issues that arise during the development of a project. You can also manage you time wisely by assigning those issues to specific users on the system. With such flexibility, you can manage ticketing and trace problems with ease. It helps to manage the workflow in tickets as you can assign them depending on the experience, knowledge and skills of the users, making it efficient. It creates a digital trail of how issues are coming in and who they have been assigned to.
CONS: It has some bits of things that will need improving. For example, when you have two tickets in the executable, it can be difficult to know which one to prioritize first. The system does not give you this information which can cause delays when you make the wrong decision. It would be better if the system offered a release action for the issue which should be executed or dealt with first. Also, the buttons on the system when you are viewing it from a PC or laptop with 4K resolution are not clearly visible. This means that you can close a ticket without wanting to, which will lead to data loss. The tool does not offer an option to automatically save your work and once you are logged out, your work is lost. There should be a way to salvage your work after the connection is lost or you have logged out.
