Text United Review

PROS: Text United has a straightforward goal: to assist users in translating text and documents for them. It has everything that we need and more in a program like this. Plus, it saves us money in the long run too because it keeps a history of all of our translations. Whenever we need to re-use translated content, we just have to reach into its database.

CONS: So far, I don't think I have any issue with Text United. Everything works fine on my end.

PROS: This is an intuitive program that does exactly what it promises to do: to translate your documents for you. It's simple and straightforward.

CONS: It does not amount to some of the top translators in the business, but it does its job well.

PROS: I'm happy with the translated content we have received from Text United. They pay attention even to the most minute details. I also like how they allow us to work with some of our preferred translators too.

CONS: Once the text has been translated, I usually have a hard time editing the content of my original file. The program does not automatically recognize the changes, and so the original translated text often remains.

PROS: First of all, I love just how professional the team over at Text United is. They're always attentive and strive to give me the best support that I need. The program itself is pretty lightweight and does not require a large storage space from the user's end too. So far, I think that this is the best translation program I've ever used.

CONS: The layout of the dashboard could use an upgrade, to be honest.

PROS: So far, Text United provides some of the best support in the industry. The results are swift and professionally-done. Not to mention, the system itself keeps a database of all of our previously translated text so that we can simply re-use them whenever we need to.

CONS: The upfront cost to continue using this program can be a little pricey. There's no spelling checker tool also.

PROS: We had a localization project on a tight deadline for a fairly large SaaS application. The team at Text United delivered a translation that performed well in it's initial reviews by customers in the desired region. The feedback and QA process was smooth. Dario and the team at Text United delivered as promised.

CONS: Nothing. Accessing files in the UI required a few clicks, but I attribute that to the all of the options available and I'm just logging in to access the most recent build of the translation deliverable.

PROS: Multiple and easy use possible. Outsourcing or Insourcing of Translation tasks. Translation platform/App for external or internal usage perfect.

CONS: Differention of special subject areas could work more better. Everything else perfect.

PROS: The system is user friendly and allows us to work with our own team of global translators in multiple languages. There are excellent features including a translation memory which automatically completes words which have been previously translated and a reviewer function which allows all translations to be checked. The Desktop App has excellent project management tools built in to enable reporting, analysis and invoicing.

CONS: No spell check function.

PROS: Response time is amazing and also customer support is a huge plus.

CONS: I did not have any major problems so far
