PROS: They found someone with the very unique skillset and background that I needed without me having to screen hundreds of resume. Additionally, the data scientist was working with me just after 4 days I talked to Toptal for for the first time.
CONS: Their website could be easier to navigate. It took me a while to find the information I was looking for.
