PROS: The first thing I noticed about this tool is its fast speed and how smooth it is. Also, I like its integrations with Salesloft and Gmail. It has simple and easy to use layout and interface so it makes great user experience. It allows me to analyze metrics and results of all my email campaigns and to even organize the metrics by email campaign and by template.
CONS: It would be great if they could add an option for email replies from my leads and contacts so I can reduce the time when switching to other apps. In addition, they could add a feature that would increase the performance and an option to track leads’ phone numbers in columns. I wish they could add these features and functions so they could improve the user experience even more.

PROS: What I like most is the simplicity of ToutApp. As a sales person it allows me to set up the emails and to pull them up from Gmail. It saves me huge amount of time during the prospecting. I like the option to send mass email at the same time. I am very satisfied from our Account Manager- Jennifer Nordine, she is helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. I like the scheduling features.
CONS: The analytics is not great but in my opinion I think that this is not Tout’s fault because some users have their images turned off on the email and the app couldn’t recognize the open simply because the image wouldn’t load. In addition, sometimes the replies are not always counted. Also, you may face some problems with mass sending emails especially when you want to send more than 25 mails at the same time then the system may crash.

PROS: I like that ToutApp allows us to easily share templates amongst the team, and it provides valuable analytics into the templates that are successful and it lets us know which one need improvements. I like that we can see which object lines are open and which are clicked. It allows us to email lot of people and this is great because we can reach lot of people on a daily basis.
CONS: Everyone in our team is using Macs and the sad truth is that ToutApp does not integrate with MacMail and Outlook for mac, and we really like to see this into new release, thankfully, we use Salesforce in order to get everything done. In addition, I don’t like that we have to upload individual contacts to ToutApp first in order to send group mails, so they need to improve this feature. Also, sometimes we experience some glitches within the system and it effects our workflow, but the good thing is that whenever we leave feedback to its team they quickly resolve the problem.

PROS: Tout is great product for our department. We are able to hone our messages and to track the effectiveness through campaign lifecycle. I like its support team, they are always helpful and responsive, and they frequently release new features and do their best to improve the product so it can meet our needs.
CONS: There is no clear way to distinguish between first reply and subsequent replies within the analytics, there are some places where the analytics need to be improve and made clear.

PROS: I simply love the Command Center feature, with this feature I can easily and quickly plan my work. Also, the Live Feed feature is great because it provides real-time visibility of all activities without getting notifications. Additionally, the campaign function is easy to use. All in all, this app is great and it offers great email productivity. Thankfully, we don’t have to use dialer anymore.
CONS: To be honest, I don’t like the web analytics, it lacks an integration with our marketing automation tool and because of this we cannot increase lead score. Also, they could make the email visibility as thorough as SalesLoft to be more precise, I’d like to see who it was forwarded to.

PROS: I like the email reply analytics by group or content over the custom time-frames. It has great outreach templates and scenario based templates. Also, it offers A/B testing with email performance analytics. You can keep track of view and click rates and to get better understanding on how to reach and engage your audience. It tracks replay rates by content and by rep, this mean that you know what works best and what doesn’t work, so you can improve your strategies.
CONS: They could include fields within an email template so the reps can type into other than dynamic fields.

PROS: ToutApp allows me to create templates and to put all my prospects through a campaign so I can easily reach out and call them in most efficient way. It saves me huge amount of time on a daily and even monthly basis and this means that I can be more focused on the key prospects that are interested in my offers.
CONS: I don’t like that people sometimes respond via different email and this create some manual process.
