PROS: The UserVoice features like tagging tickets for reporting and indexing are amazing. UV allows you to reach user traits with tickets and NPS surveys, in this way the app gives you a full picture of your customer satisfaction. The dashboard of this app is actionable and analytical, which is great.
CONS: Invoca is a complicated SaaS product, and their target include various customer segment, so their knowledge base and responses doesn’t deliver regular results. But, they can be easily supported with UV updates.

PROS: UserVoice has great idea of email management and “kudos”, also we can manage every reply and kudos directly into a leaderboard, and this is great because we can provide reply in a matter of seconds. US allows us to assign tickets and leave notes. We have great view of all support activities on a dashboard.
CONS: They need to work on their search engine, because sometimes I can’t find the exact title, but on the other hand, the auto complete search option works great. Also, the HTML editor doesn’t work well, I need to pull out and take the documents through dirtymakeup.com, paste into Text and then I am ready to work.

PROS: UserVoice is an awesome tool to track our customer satisfaction. We use it for almost 4 years, and we have collected feedback from our clients about what they think about our product and whether they like the product or not. It’s great tool to engage our user, they found UV very accessible. UV knows how to ask our users about their preferences and tastes. This app provides us with helpful data that helps us to find solutions and opportunities.
CONS: We can’t use UV as customer support service.

PROS: UserVoice has been our partner in solving issues that concern with data gathering. My company had created a strong bond with this platform, which enables us to be open with feedback and consequently, view enhancements to the tools that affect our experience. Additionally, UserVoice had recently included some updates that our company had really taken advantage of.
CONS: Their custom reporting needs to have some improvements. We’ve been storing important details in the platform, but we are having a hard time analyzing them when we need to use third-party reporting tools. I wish there are more user session and custom reporting in the next update.

PROS: I like that UV is user friendly solution and it is easy to work with. We can keep track of our users’ replies and opinions. It has great features so we can keep track of replies and kudos. In addition, we can track our progress and answer tickets promtly.
CONS: There are some issues when it comes to copying from Notes into Message, but overall the app works great.

PROS: When it comes to email management and Kudos at first place comes UV! We are able to manage every reply and kudos into leaderboard and this is great because we can reply within seconds. Also, we can assign tickets and leave notes. Through our dashboard we have perfcet view of all acitivities and feedback.
CONS: The search engine needs some improvements, sometimes I cannot find exact title but the auto-complete search works perfectly. In addition, even the HTML editor needs some improvement and I don’t like that whenever I have to pull out and take docs through dirtymakeup.com.

PROS: Thanks to this tool we can manage tickets and our customers’ feedback. It allows us to include UserVoice Help Widget and drop down widget into our sites. I get email when I need to review a trouble ticket.. It provides us with useful information about our users like what OS they’re using, from which page they access the US ticket, which browser they’re using and even the IP address of the user.
CONS: It can be little complicated when it comes to using canned responses.

PROS: User-friendly and lovely interface, you can operate it easily. We use UserVoice to keep track of user’s replies. This software provides you with features for keeping track of quick replies and kudos. The UV helps you to see your progress and answering tickets promptly.
CONS: I have some issues when try to make copy from Notes into Message, it can get jumbled. But. It’s not a big deal, the app is great.

PROS: I like that with UserVoice we can follow up our customers’ satisfaction. We are using it for more than 4 years and for all these years we managed to collect priceless feedback from our clients and their experience with our service. We can engage ou users, the UV knows how to ask users about the tastes and preferences. We get helpful data so we can find even better solutions and opportunities.
CONS: There is no option to use UV as customer support service, it would be great if they could expand the solution t this level.

PROS: With Uservoice we can manage trouble tickets and various customer feedback. UV allows us to implement UserVoice Help widget and drop-down widget to our sites. I receive emails when I need to review a trouble ticket. This app provides us with great information about our users such as: which browser they are using, what OS they are using, from which page they access the US ticket, the IP address of the user and etc.
CONS: For me it’s a little complex to use canned responses, I feel the feature is not easy to use.
