WebRezPro provides a powerful integrated room reservation software that allows users to advertise hot deals, set up special rates for specific clients, or create room reservation packages that include other components such as tours and activities. It also has a two-way interface to the Global Distribution System via SynXis, TravelClick/iHotelier, Genares, InnLink, Windsurfer, FlipKey and more so hotels are able to manage GDS inventory from within the system. It also features a certified interface to Expedia QuickConnect® and Booking.com.
WebRezPro’s optional Centralized Administration Module centralizes availability searches, guest profiles, and reservation and accounting reporting across multiple properties. By providing real-time access to data across locations, it streamlines back-office administration and improves internal communication and customer service. Electronic signature capture allows guests to sign check-in receipts or registration cards using an electronic signature capture device such as a tablet or smartphone.
WebRezPro’s accounting module allows users to track receivables, invoices, investor payouts, commissions, deposits, customer profiles, vendors, and taxes, among others. Housekeeping reports are also available to ensure rooms are ready prior to guest arrival and that any special requests are fulfilled. With the Investor Payout Module, property management companies can quickly generate investor payout statements by automatically calculates revenue based on reservations and applies appropriate monthly fees and taxes.

PROS: The entire staff has learned how to navigate the application in less than one day. We love its features plus booking for rooms can be done in just a few minutes. The billing system is also very accurate because we don’t receive any complaints anymore with regard to unauthorized or double charges.
CONS: Booking a room is pretty easy but changing the dates is a different story. We have to undergo several steps to cancel the initial booking and refresh the system several times. The process can be frustrating on our end because there are instances wherein the re-booking request doesn’t push through, so we have to double-check things to make sure that all the changes will reflect accordingly.
