Warning! Do not use Fatcow.com for web hosting. We were a customer since 2011, we always paid our domain renewal bills, however, due to their incompetence they lost our domain name at auction causing us to lose our web site and email addresses. It was impossible to get in touch with anyone from Fatcow that could help us. All they did was refund our domain renewal fee and said there was nothing else they could do. This has obviously devastated our business and cost us dearly.
