I’ll keep this short. Worst customer support I’ve ever encountered. Extremely poor English speaking/understanding, price quoted and paid for was later told I would have to “upgrade” (almost double the cost) to get a second email account, and software/support will not let me change my plan to get the service I originally paid for. Yahoo has dropped the ball big time with this company. Apparently, what was once reviewed as a good business has generated a lot of negative reviews of late – including mine.

The servers are slow as all hell, Technical support is beyond incompetent and unhelpful. Do not honor their service level agreements. It is the biggest waste of money and the biggest regret in my whole life.

Technical support staff is unhelpful, lack knowledge, don’t read notes left in tickets, lie on the phone about escalating issues when they have not.

Don’t ever get this service you’ll thank me

I became an Aabaco business customer by default when Yahoo changed the website and merchant account business division. Initially, I was going to move my domain, as I no longer needed a business account and services on that domain name. The technology specialists I talked to were helpful and complete. I thought the domain had been moved but the new host dropped the ball and when I turned off the Aabaco account several months later my server crashed.
The Aabaco staff was again incredibly helpful; despite the fact at that point, I was not a customer. After more research and experiencing the poor support response on the “new “ domain holder, I returned to Aabaco one more time and asked about options for hosting my domain with Aabaco. Again the 3 technology staff members I worked with on different pieces were helpful, patient, accurate and excellent communicators, in lay terms, throughout the process.
I am delighted to be working with a company that clearly values each interaction and cares about it customers in all stages of the relationship. What a valuable and refreshing experience in the business world climate.

I can’t sign on and the extreme waits to speak with a help desk (today was over 20 mins) are unacceptable. I won’t be renewing anything with Yahoo or this division Aabaco. my several year domain doesn’t even show up for several pages on a search engine. the phone number is wrong despite numerous requests to correct/update for the last 5 years has occurred.
