Uptime & Reliability of Little Oak
Little Oak Hosting guarantees 100% uninterrupted network connectivity for all contracted services. In case of downtime, Little Oak Hosting will give a credit for 10% of a customer’s monthly service fees for the service affected for each consecutive period of ten minutes that the network is unavailable.
The maximum credit given in a single calendar month will not exceed 100% of that month’s recurring monthly service fees. The credit must be requested by the customer and will be applied to the affected service only. This guarantee does not cover downtime caused by a scheduled or emergency maintenance, or downtime caused by client error.
